If we can hit 30k, I think thats a decent result.
It will take a while for people to get used to the Dome and MCG as our home grounds

How is that Essendon* can be up on sales compared to Collingwood?

Because Essendon* membership department is a hell of a lot smarter than other clubs membership departments.

They push hard on the reserve seating in the pre-season and then end up with membership figures that scream WTF.

We should lock out any poster on TC if they are not a paid up member.

Buy a membership today if you have not jumped on board!

I still cant understand why the members from last years record breaking membership season are not re-signing back up this year. To me, this seems like the definite make or break year. It is a year when our young guys (ie Kennedy today in the Bullants, and Murph in the Seniors) are showing so much promise that the only way is up, but it also a year that money means so much to our success to pull us out of financical trouble, so that these up and coming superstars have a club to perform for in the future. To me, membership means little in a successful year. It REALLY counts when the chips are down. Come on you non-members, sign up !!!.

I think memberships close on June 30 so we have to find another 22,000 members in eight days to beat the Crows. :?

Crows attract 50,000 members.

Amazing really. And yet, with a decent marketing push and some success on the field I don't see why Carlton shouldn't be able to break that figure one day.

But, in order to do so the club needs to make it more attractive for supporters outside of Melbourne to get on board.
