Need desperately to get a good start and get scoreboard pressure on Richmond - they will crack if we get early lead
No catch up football -no wasteful shots from 40 metres out
Good centre square work and get ready for Tigers to load up forward line with Stafford / Simmonds and Richardson
Need to lock down on Coughlan -
Look for Eddie to kick a few likes wide open spaces at G
GO BLUES

I wouldnt worry about Coughlan, what ive seen of him he plays pretty loose on his man. If he's gonna do that have Stevens or Murphy opposite to him so we can hurt them the other way.

Being at the G im sure we will get a better start as teams wont jump us as the G plays slower than the dome

Why does the G play slower than the Dome?

If your answer is 'cos it's bigger' then how about at Subiaco?

Imperative we get off to a good start, scoreboard pressure is the most effective. We have got first use of the ball last two weeks but have not converted on the scoreboard either through poor disposal or poor decision-making. That has to be fixed tonight and we actually have a decent forward line tonight.

I think the consensus is that the Dome is supposed to be "faster" due to the hardness of the surface, mostly owing, presumably, to the shallowness of the soil under the playing surface.
