Great news, website now showing 24,155 as at 13/04

Almost 1500 joined up in just under a week and that was after a loss - good stuff.

Brilliant!

Then there's more to come at the first home game, we might wind up 28,000 without breaking a sweat.

Starting the season with 2 away games is hardly a desirable way to promote Membership sales..

Perhaps next year we might for the first time in a number of years get a fair go from the AFL?

Have to say i am constantly amazed that the AFL choses to start poorly performed teams from the previous year, with away games.Blind freddie can see that they are the Clubs that need a kick-start for the season!

That theory doesn't support the 15th placed team getting 6 Melbourne games to start the season! :x

Got mine from the tent today and no one was there. I asked if many had bought any today and the girl said no. I was worried I was gonna have to line up.

great effort everyone.

BTW you're only 6,000 below St.Kilda.

How does that feel?

It feels irrelevant, ask us again when the membership deadline closes

So you mean when the gap is closer to 10,000?

It feels bloody great, because the majority of our members have been alive to see our club win a premiership, or two, or three, or four, or perhaps even more. Apart from that, a typical flat track bully comment from a St Kilda supporter, finally, with something to crow about. How many members did you have last year compared to Carlton? Moreover, lets compare membership after coming off our 2 wooden spoons as compared to your 26.

I feel pretty good actually. My club has been a genuine power for longer than just the last two years and one year in the 60's. When the cycle kicks in and the Saints are at the bottom again how many paid up members will have climbed down from the bandwagon?

I've finally been paid for the extra contracting I did in Jan so myself and Lil' Miss Wojee will be signed up by the end of the week.

Living in the past again.

And how do you think your club will go now it has been forced by the AFL to play by the same rulebook as the rest of the teams?

Oh, looks like not very well judging on the past 4 years.

You refuse to look to the past because it's barren.
The current AFL rulebook ensures that every team will get their early picks and their chance at the flag on a cyclical basis. Where were you 4 years ago?

When you've been on top for longer than it takes you to shoot your premature load over your team of top 5 picks then you can come and lord it over me, until then I'll ignore your piss poor trolls. You aren't terribly good at it.
