Norman kicks and noone's home. Teague to Waite to a behind.

2 kicks by Norman into f50 to the opposition... he could have really destroyed Tarrant.

Not a bad start, but could have had more I reckon. Let's hope they blow it open in the 2nd.

Happy with that, we reeled them in after a slow start. Fev and Lance will not be held all day.

The Pies have been much more efficient inside 50, but at least two of their goals (Licuria and Cloke) have been pretty lucky.

We need to either deliver the ball to Lance better, or provide another alternative because he's just getting double teamed too much.

Eddie Betts is a legend, his tenacity his something that a 300 gamer could learn from. He's like those bouncing clown toy things that you push over and they bounce straight back up as if to say "yeah, is that the best you got, cause I'm coming right back at you!"

Carazzo is continuing his good ball finding abilities.

Waite's shot on goal was a disgrace, and the teamwoek leading up to that deserved to be rewarded.

Campo is getting a bit of it, as he should, I reckon he might get a couple of weeks off. Even though his hit on Holland was a) deserved and b) a bit soft, he clearly raised his elbow and will be bloody lucky if he gets away with that.

Kouta looking like he's starting to break his tag which is good for us.

We're winning enough of the ball, we just need to use it better inside 50.

Oh, one other thing, I think with the way Denis prepared the boys over the summer and the fact we had an extra day and half between games compared to Collingwood I would expect us to be less affected by today's hot conditions.

2nd qtr ... GO BLUES!!!

Credit that goal to Barnaby French. He set that up. Great finish by Campo, but where would we be without Barnaby.

Carlton might be away. Let's hope they can crack this open. They just need to be consistent.

BlueChick, change to 3AW, their call has been solid so far. Even Rex is bearable.
