I don't like replacement of a coach mid season. It inevitably ends up with the short term success of a fill in coach that leads to a bad appointment.

Even worse, I am really worried they will appoint Adam Simpson.

No Simpson - No No No No. He looks smarmy and a real smart alec.
No to Hinkley - He failed at Port. Why would we want him.

Yeah, it would be good to get Simpson, Hinkley AND Longmire as 'advisors' on the selection panel actually.

But we did that with Bolton, then Teague and it was, oh yeah, we need an experienced coach, not a first timer.

Recent decades suggest a club's next premiership coach is a newbie, regardless of previous experience.
