These are our 17 oldest players (born last millennium) and their final contract years. We will have to orchestrate their exodus over the next few years and look at replacements.
It is interesting that only 4 of them are home grown. Is this one of the reasons why we are having problems? Most of them moved clubs for opportunities. Do they have their heart in it? Are the home grown players overwhelmed?

MoirIf you do a quick succession plan it's clear our problems are rucks, tall forwards and tall defenders.
Re Last line. Yep.
Seems like a no brainer to go after a No 1 Ruck, No 1 KPF, No 1 Mid-Fwd. This Year!!
If OKeefe doesn't turn into a good Fwd-Ruck, then we need one of them too. Has to be mobile and springy....then we need depth.
We are not too far off, but finding the missing high end players are the big challenge.
We will have to Trade out whatever we have left after walker picks so we can start to fill these spots in 2027. Huge task.
which does improve our trading position. What that means in reality only time will tell.
