I will move this post to Game thread later.

I get the Hewett omission but don’t like it.
It’s a statement and a change of midfield profile.
Who is going to give Cripps a chop out when he tires? That’s been a huge problem imo.
Who misses next week when Lord returns?
Thats next week’s conundrum.

I love having Boyd back. He can only take on one of Rankine and Rachelle.
That leaves Cowan for the other. Mmmmm. Hasnt filled me with confidence this year.
I would have preferred the speed of Saad on one of those 2 Crows supporters.
Let’s hope Cowan finds form tonight.

Jacob Weitering, Harry Dean, Cooper Lord and Matt Duffy have all trained fully this week and are available for selection.

Only two on the injury list, HoF and Motlop.

They do extended periods on managed minutes in the VFL.

Not injured, but not really available either.

First time in years our injury list looks pretty good. Pity it's not helping us much.

One week at a time chookman.

First week in years we have had less than 5 out injured.

This year we started with 13 out in round 1 and last week we had 8 out; our lowest for the year, till this week.

Yippee

Lucas Camporeale is expected to remain in hospital for the next few days as a precaution after suffering a minor laceration to his kidney during last night's VFL game.

The Club can also confirm midfielder Ben Camporeale presented with delayed concussion after the game and has subsequently entered the 12-day protocols.

Not good, I hope they recover well.

McGovern was off at the end. Was that just cramping?

Unless he’s actually in ICU I won’t believe he’s actually injured.

Marc Pittonet will miss this week’s clash against Fremantle as the result of a broken hand.

He will undergo surgery tomorrow to correct the issue and is expected to recover over the next week.

That’s more like it!

Really need some more injuries to cover for our ineptitude like previous years.

Good job Pitto!

pittonet was always going to miss a half dozen games minimum. so glad the club had the foresight to add an actual ruckman who can ruck to the list.

hahaha. what even are we at this point. saying that we're an AFL club seems awfully generous.
