Disappointing we let them back in but I hope we also send an umpiring highlights package to the AFL with a please explain request. Some absolute howler non decisions missed for us and dodgy calls went against us

We finally got a bad call in our favour with Evans high contact . Happened just after we'd gone behind, which tells you all you need to know about these people.

We'll finish the season amongst the bottom 3 , really can’t see us wining another game before the mid year break.
Hope Weitering is not too badly injured. The next 6 games are going to be agonizing. Vossy’s marching orders surely are ready to serve.

I said pretty much the same in the match thread.

B graders in good teams are C graders in shit teams.

Stars make lesser players stand taller and cover up some of their deficiencies.

We need to recruit stars from shit clubs.

But I guess we’re now going to give up multiple first rounders for a kid with a navy bloodline instead.

Not arsed about Boyd's last kick, had to go the corridor and hope for the best at that stage. Unfortunately the big error was Derker kicking off balance with 100 seconds left rather than taking it out and let us set up with Pitto against that #47 kid.

true

Yeah yeah yeah

We coulda shoulda woulda

What hope have we got against that sort of umpiring.

Right from the word go, it was obvious….

Last qtr Ollie trip, the front on hit, the Evans boundary decision

Straight after those 2 criminal calls last week when we were 20 up

We wouldn’t have lost either if umpires were fair.

Club has to stand up to umpires.
We are their whipping boy.

It’s fkd up.

AFL crushed our club, now this….the umpires

I know we are our own worst enemies, but I am standing up against for our team

I’m in Singapore but I wasn’t to stand in front of the umpires building and demonstrate against this blatant cheating against Carlton

Can’t stand this. It’s like the genocide in Palestine. Everyone just watches the crime and no one does anything to stop it.

Phaaaaaaarrrrrrque

As soon as JW went off I thought we were in trouble.

Ateast we won't have to worry about getting Walker seeing as we'll probably finish last....

Physical exercise is good for mental health.
There are a number of options.

Tank the year, finish last and then ask the AFL for 2,000 draft points that can be added to a draft pick of choice. Take a gun kid with pick 1 and then combine the Swans pick with the points handout to be used on Cody.

Yep

TBH we don’t have to tank…maybe v Bumbers we do our best to tank…the rest of the comp will do our job for us. The umpires say so.

Generally, alot is attitude. Mid 2023 proved that. We went from an utter rabble to superstars in a week back then, and stayed that way.
