I think the AFL runs the websites. The clubs can upload content, but changes the player page are probably triggered by list lodgement.

Those couple of cauliflower that used to play for us aren’t on the Saints page either.

Yep, the AFL control much of the club sites including the CMS and most of the media.
I'd expect players to be updated once clubs have submitted their player portraits to the AFL, which I assume would happen sometime after the draft.

Interesting, thank you. I'm sure I've seen the player lists updated quicker than this, but maybe that's my memory playing tricks on me. Either way, it's a bit poor that it takes so long. Surely the AFL has the resources to be all over pretty routine updates of this nature.

Yeah, nah, good for the double entendres, but it won't be an issue re grip in tackles.
