OMFG STOP RECRUITING ASSISTANTS FROM
NORF!!!

Why? They're top 3 in the AFL for centre clearances, stoppage clearances and top 6 for 1st possession to clearance. We're 15th.
They're 4th in the AFL for scoring from stoppage (the other 7 rated in the top 8 are Geelong, Brisbane, Hawthorn, Bulldogs, Giants, Adelaide, Gold Coast) and 2nd from scoring from centre bounce.
I'd suggest their midfield method is significantly superior to ours.
Leigh Adams was their midfield coach.

Yep , Patch might not be high profile but he gets how things work . I don't get this fascination with high profile assistant coaches . I much prefer young up and comers who are keen as mustard and trying to make there mark .

I like the inclusions and the fact we have 2 midfield coaches now.
If I was to be picking, aside from Adams stint, it would've been good to add some more senior coaching experience.
But I trust the club doesn't think we need it.

Exactly. Seems like they have identified the midfield setup issue and move the forward line coach as well. Both of which some of us have raised.
Just surprised TC is the midfield structure coach but at least we seem to be doing something.

Apparently the original idea was to have 2 ruck coaches, but braithy stopped it
