I really liked Charlie as the CHF and wish he had Harry to hit up when he swings around.

Cowan was our best. Most meters gained… kicked well.
Could he be a mid?

Wow ... to think that a decade ago we were neck and neck with Brisbane. Their elevation was quicker than ours and for a longer period.

The difference is in the total management.

Nothing more or less than I expected. Skills woeful again. Don't try to tell me TDK hasn't checked out... but then again it looks like half the team has as well. I really just want the year to end but we have another 6 weeks of this nightmare

Bottom line
Shit board
Bruce Mathieson toxic culture
It goes down from there so many subplots from there

Hopefully Graham Wright can be the circuit breaker
More likely he will be Carltonised
The writing was on the wall after that final in Brisbane

That Ashcroft goal where our defenders didn't punch it through. FFS

Was anyone at the ground? What happened upfield when Carroll got run down the second time?

That and the passage where guys refused to kick at goal until finally Williams had a shot….

Very low intensity game so this concept Carlton tried hard in the first half is a bit misleading. They had a couple of ok passages of play and as others have said Brisbogan were on a short break. Very disappointing we don't seem to have any idea.

When the ball is near boundary
When a goal is dropping close to the goal line
What to do as a defender when you leave your man
How important it is to kick the ball properly from defence
How to stick a tackle
Ho

How to handball at chest height. Even stuff like a routine pass across the defensive goal square from Haynes to Doc under no pressure ended with a panicked gather around the ankles and then a rushed dump kick as the attackers smelled blood.

It’s truly a horrible time to be a Carlton supporter, again.

The side is completely broken.

To the people that want to keep Voss, how does he resurrect this side? They clearly don’t believe in the game plan, each other and most concerningly, themselves.

Yeah that's right. Its west coast bottom of the ladder type stuff. I get players are missing but the whole place seems to have collapsed.

Very hard to see us winning any more games this year.

Yeah this notion about a fracture in the playing group/club has some merit. How can you go from premiership fancy to not being able to execute basic skills.

Especially considering the abruptness of it all. What happened between the players after last season's GWS collapse? Because they were world beaters until 25% of the way through that game, and completely bereft of skill, confidence or fight ever since. It's such an even comp, what starts as a small chip can soon lead to a complete windscreen replacement. Call Lochie O'Brien's.

It's all the list managers fault... he recruited players that were only able to kick for 2.5 years

Among many things, I reckon the players have looked at the injury list & given up

No awareness - but no support whatsoever from the defenders. No talk.

The club is broken right now. No unity whatsover.
