Showing some professionalism and attracting other coaches.

How we are playing isn’t going to attract anyone of ilk.

Need a circuit breaker and release the shackles. Our players can’t be this bad. Surely? Surely?

You've gotta know what's out there. I think he's an ok coach, but I've said it for a very long time...wrong list for the wrong game plan. And yes, he's got to take some of the blame for that - but who else is out there?

John Longmire? Got my doubts.

I can’t believe he had the audacity to ask his midfielders to run.

What an idiot.

Agree - hope we don't go for Longmire.

It's clear in the current era that first time coaches are the way to go.

When did a club last win a flag going with someone on their second stint? If my assessment is right it's Collingwood in 2010 with Malthouse?

Every flag won since then appears to have been won by someone who was a first time coach.

If Voss is to go, there must be lots of good assistants out there. Hayden Skipworth. Matthew Egan at the Dogs who has worked with Chris Scott and Beveridge.

I’m hopeful GW already knows what’s out there.

People will laugh at me and that's fine, but I reckon we had the right man - Bolton - we just went too far with the 'play the kids' philosophy.

I think he is just like Voss now.
A could've been, but our list, recruitment and culture has pretty much destroyed their careers.

Coaches have no say in list management?

I always felt Bolton was a victim of circumstance. No coach could have ever had success with at the time with how hard we cut the list. Not saying he would have been successful, but just that we’ll never know.

Not as much as you might think they do.
I'm quite sure Bolton did ask for a heap of recycled players that are injury prone.

The problem is anyone vaguely smart will run a mile.

I'm not laughing - that's just wrong. He was only slightly better than Teague, but both were a massive mistake.

Can’t compare. Bolton had a team full of 18-19 year olds and a bunch of old hacks. By the time Teague came the kids had developed enough to at least be competitive.

Bolton has the same lot as Brendan McCartney at the dogs. Develop a bunch of kids and get belted for 3 years and then get the arse.
