off field and on. everything is covered in a really level headed and logical sense. no emotion of fans. no bias for players and coaches. just fix the damn ship, fellas

someone might be able to link the article. i'm on my phone in the car lol

Right on braithy. I wanted to share this too.

I heard him this morning on SEN. Wow, What a mind.

I love the way he applies classic philosophy to footy.

Its not what you see its what you dont see.

He suggested to let Wright in, don't change anything, to look, listen and the learn, then work out where the problem of culture is. Its not just what players say, but what they aRE NOT SAYING.

Worth a listen, and I will find it to listen to again tonight...not just for Carlton, but it was deep, and balanced

Get him to the club. Always a really smart footballer, sounds like he sees the wood for the trees. Body stopped him reaching his ceiling so he'll have a lot in common with the players :D

Duplicitous BCG junior burger. Wouldn’t want him within cooee of the joint.

Priestly probably loves him.

I’d rather welcome the DOG Clarkson.

Did anyone listen to the Brad Lloyd interview on 3AW after the North Melbourne loss? (It’s on the CFC website if anyone is interested).

I think the interview illustrates that he’s out of his depth and does not have any ideas to improve the performance.

He’s a coffee/mail room boy in the local offices of Boston Consulting Group.

WE are all duplicitous in one way or another.

Just because he's intelligent, sensitive, fair minded, and gentle off the field and a different person when he crosses the line doesn't make duplicity a bad thing.

I'd have him running the footy dept than Brad Lloyd, who we have within cooee of our joint.

Explain yourself or stop the name calling. Mud sticks.

Please explain. You may have a point to make. We will find out if there is substance in your claim. Do tell.

Thank you

Its the list more than anything.

"Its a Recruitment issue." Believe it or not. Its obvious to me the plays recruited have no footy IQ, no poise, and lacking skills. That's the opposite to what Clarkson ordered from his List Manager. SOS and Austin wanted tough footballers who could win their ball, and skills were not valued enough

We overrated the team by the draft number we picked them up.

King tries to put some of the heat on the game plan, like Montagna says (are you listening 17th?). the vision is there to prove otherwise.

Its the No 1 problem, not the Game plan. Next coach will have dramas too with this lot.

Players lack footy IQ, and lack penetration of the ball by foot. Fog dinky kick, Hewett dinky kick.
North play in front because they know Carlton doesn't possess foot skills. Players, not game plan are predictable.
Must say here. I prefer and preferred Hewett, but Kennedy had a good boot on him. He's gone. Another List Mgt issue.

"Carlton can't finish", and, " Carlton don't have kicking skills" Listen. Learn.

Skills
Footy IQ

I don't agree with Montagnas support for Charlie. Just because he's put his hand up and pointing where he wants it, he's not friggin leading. Watch the footage. Even if Hewett kicked it to where Charlie was pointing, Charlie wouldn't have got to the right spot, because he didnt move to it. Move fk yu, and lessen the distance Hewett has to kick. Charlie's IQ is Neandethal imo.

Yes our players a poor by foot but the f50 entries under Voss... bomb, bomb, bomb... we don't even look most of the time... has to be to instruction.

Fix the forward half structures and we're half a decent team...

I don’t see how any of the leaders survive either.

OK, you want to do something else. Well, do something else then.

Wright isn’t going to pick a side here. Everyone will go.

Are you watching Doc?

If we keep playing like this what’s the point of seeing the season out?
