Didn't Cripps say he was going to "level up" this week? Where, Hungry Jacks?

On the upside, only 9 more games to endure after this one

Exactly. We’ve seen these players play much better than this. The coach is responsible for creating an environment that gets the best out of the players. He has proven time and time again he is unable to do that.

The alternative is you trade everyone of value out for draft picks and go through a full rebuild our lord saviour Voss so he can eventually have a crack with a new list and not be able to blame the players. And if they’re still no good, it’s the players fault again.

So what you are saying it's never the players fault only the coaches.
As an FYI, for 20+ years we have been blaming and sacking coaches and falling for the playing group is nearly premiership quality.

No I’m saying it’s both. The list is not up to it and the coach is not up to it. We will not have success with this group. We need to start again, rebuild the list and get a new coach in. We are a @#$%&! rabble from top to bottom

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Look, you may well be right that it is both.
But when we all know, the rest of the AFL know that our players are slow, have a skills issue etc maybe just this once we start with the playing group first.
Then the coach.

I don’t want to waste another list with this outdated coach

If our players are tanking, they need to be moved on.
No player is bigger than the club.

Happens in team sports all the time...

Now if player contracts were performance based, we'd be seeing different results.

But we can't move on half the list in the restrictive AFL environment... so the coach bears the backlash.

Do you see enough coaching ability in Voss to make such a move?

Look on the bright side, when we're mathematically out of the running for finals we'll play brilliantly

That’s because Voss told the players to switch off coz jake says so

Get players with skill like Clarkson wanted and got at Hawthorn and now north. North are just kids….with their tail up and flaunting their skills. Blues players lack pride in their execution. Pathetic

That was our worst quarter of football for the year. The middle absolutely trounced. When we do get the ball there's no movement, just a whole lot of stagnant pointing.

You can say it's the players all you want but I think it's a complete loss of faith in the system, game plan and leadership.

It's not like we didn't know we were [REDACTED] anyway, but it doesn't make it any less depressing watching it unfold.

The players were ok with the system in the first quarter. It’s not the system.

I'll give you the hot tip.
We have too many players on our list that are not up to it.
We moved out of the window at draft/trade last year.

That was last week, this time it's 2 goals against the third-worst team... albeit in our "good half"

Rabble

Wright needs to take a broomstick to the place.

But the joint is full of deluded idiots that still think we are in a premiership window and almost there.

Burn the whole place down.

I think today they will change their mind, win or lose.

These periods of bad skills is excruciating to watch

True... we need better players to bomb into f50

I don't disagree with performance based contracts, but that is not the reality ATM.

I've seen enough to know that with more speed and skill and we could be in the 8 this year.

Incredible that the MC started with Cincotta on Daniel instead of McKercher.

Mate I agree with you 100%
List is a mess.
So you would agree Nick the fraud Austin has to be the first to go.
But that doesn’t get Voss off the hook. There is no system. He has to go

Don't you say a bad word about JSOS!

He's been great this year but yeah he's a butcher like so many of his teammates.

So much of this dumpster fire comes back to poor coaching and poor recruiting.

In a way still paying for Silvagni's inability to draft a small - Fisher, Dow, SPS, O'Brien.

Is Austin any better?

We may get beaten by 10 goals plus

Time to move on a coach and as many blokes as we can sell.
