I would love to give Cunners another go, but the way the team is playing you have to really bring-it in the VFL to get a game. Marchbank used to be a walkup, but even he isn't gifted a game with the form of Kemp and Cowan.

Motlop was a shoe-in early on and now he can't force his way in. Carroll and Binns (28 each last game) have been getting possessions, at will, in the 2's and Cunners gets 15. Even newbie, Cooper Lord got 26.

He needs to string games together and really mount a case. Towards the back end of the season, he will be up against Martin (?) Motlop, Cottrell, Corey Durdin and Binns. It's not looking good for him.

Regards Cazzesman

This is why Marchy is in the 2's.

Cowan is coachable, tough, resilient, humble and a competitor. What's not to love?

Agree

Amazing when you look think about our injury list this year.

This is a Premiership Squad. I thought that last year.
With the addition of Elijah, Williams and Fantasia it just got better.

Doc is the one I miss, and SOS when I watch Kennedy or Cripps rucking.

Cunners is looking great but as you said....he's in the queue...a very long queue.

I watch every Giants game they have been putrid since we last played them and they struggle to score

Teams have been putting time into Toby and Whitfield cutting their influence
Jesse Hogan has also dropped off he was averaging 3 goals a game up until round 10 he is just over 1 per game at the moment

We should win this easily

I suspect Cincotta will tag Whitfield and Newman will play on Toby.
Tom Green, Coniglio and Callaghan could also cause us problems.
Thankfully Kelly and Taylor are missing.

Have to get the Scott boys and MM to check it out...

Coniglio will be playing sore ... one chicken wing tackle and he's gone for the day.

His shoulder is screaming for an op... very unstable.

We worked them out and the 3 prong forwardline on that day stretched their defense without Sam Taylor.

Supply for Hogan has been heavily reduced since we played them. I'm sure he's shitting bricks knowing Weiters is coming for him.

Cottrell a test.
A lot of talk about 2 rucks playing.
Weather may have a say with that happening.

Weather in Sydney has been cool, with sunny periods during the day, and a couple sporadic showers everyday. Same expected to continue right through to Monday.

Saturday doesnt look like a lot of rain, but who knows what will be the case at 7.30 at night. Rains more at night than during the day this week. Weird.

Might feel like summer for anyone coming from Melb, Adel or Hobart, but for us up here, its fkn freezin and I'm sure I'm growing hairs on my back every time I step out.

A lot of peeps I know coming up from Melbourne. Will be a pro Carlton crowd. Bring a hoodie.

Welcome to Sydney, and Ilook forward to seeing a few of you at the ground. Seems like a few TCers are on the same wing. Your shout  I think I have a driver.

Nice try…

The average minimums might be higher but Sydney’s weather’s been an absolute shitshow for the last five years!

I spend 40% of my time in Canberra these days and it can go down to -10 there at night but I’d still take that over the soggy, mouldy mess Sydney’s become.

It used to be that Sydney got twice Melbourne’s rainfall.

These days it’s more like triple.

I'm here in bed and it is absolutely pissing down outside.
It has basically rained every 2nd day up here.
Not quite 4 years but I will give you 3.

Been a while since we had the traditional Sydney winter of cold frosty morning with clear sunny days.

In saying that there were a couple of days in June that I had to hose the ice off the car in the morning

The moment the BOM came out and said that it was going to be a dry warm winter I just knew it was going to be cold and wet

Yeah Whitfield is the one. When they are flying its all off half back. Lock down Whitfield and Ash to a lesser extent and the defence won't have too many troubles with Toby and Hogan.
