Fogarty is doing the KISS role to a tee. As in keep it simple stupid. Sees the ball, gets the ball, disposes the ball.

An INXSessive last quarter tore Port Adelaide apart.

Amazing Win!! Imagine if the midfield and every single player got involved.

We have so much improvement left. Get Motlop, Cottrell, Martin in. Get Fantasia, Carrol and maybe Owies or Cowan out. Apologies to Cowan but he has plenty of time.

Geez Fogarty makes a difference. Not a superstar, but is at the right places and throws himself on the ball.

And leave Williams forward. Love him there.

PS Carlton . Smash those mofos next week - thats all i ask…….

I actually thought Cowan was a tone-setter tonight, body lining the ball and keeping it going our way

Fogarty has the highest footy IQ in the team. Just gets it.

Butters was Port's best according to the AFL website, and Cinc wasn't mentioned. Do they even watch the games?

Also….

I like how we’re moving the ball forward
at all costs…kicking it off the ground especially…!

Kindest regards tommi

Pros:

Mature performance. Always seemed to be able to respond when the opposition got close. And then turned it on in the last.
Outtackled the opposition for the first time in a while.
Good spread of goalkickers.
Newman, Saad, TDK, Fogarty, Williams. I would have included Walsh as well, but had a bad kicking day again.
Cincotta was good again. I think his speed and willingness to tackle and shutdown a playmaker has been a huge plus the last 2 weeks.
Harry's 2nd half. Cripps' final quarter.

Cons:

Apparently only Carlton is guilty of infringing when it comes to 'holding the ball'.
Didn't get much of Hewett, Kennedy and Owies.

A win for the ages? This has to be up there.....
Best win of this season..... absolutely! Broke a long-standing duck at Adelaide oval, mainly due to a blistering 4th qtr where we kicked 8 goals. To control that much pressure in at least the first 3 qtrs was something to behold!
I think its fair to say both teams would rue missed opportunities during those first 3 qtrs.
Then, as great captains do, Crippa turns the tide and kicks two goals inside a couple of mins to Ingnite the momentum in the 4th and subsequently result in an 8-goal avalanche in the last qtr.
Absolutely stoked with this win, bring on the Bombers next Sunday.
THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!

What an absolutely huge effort by TDK. Had an intense struggle with Saldo all night then finally completely got on top of him in the last.

Cracking win. Still plenty to improve on. Port whipped it away from stoppage on a number of occasions, which was concerning. But it gives Voss a lot of intel & areas to address. Put Cerra back in that midfield & it tightens us up considerably

Honourable mention to Elijah, gets to the right places & played well. Handy player.

Kemp’s reinvention as a 95% game time key defender is as remarkable as Cameron Ling going from fat full forward to one of the premier endurance mids in the comp.

And there’s no Weapon at Carlton.

On Sportsbet, we are now second-favourite ($6.50) to the Swans ($3.75) for the Premiership.

Great game from TDK save that brain fade third man up free. He still is a ruck I guess :)

Great win. Onto the bombers and that match up the whole AFL community has been waiting for
