Flights from CBR–BNE were $500+ each way when I looked last night. We get the CBR tax on every flight, regardless of the time of year.

syd-melb 600 plus one way

Been blessed. Go on within 4 minutes both times. Have both Safari, phone and Chrome running. M53. Great seats. Hopefully it's good weather as forecast!

entered the Ticketek "lounge" at 9:50am (according to those in the know the lounge only starts accepting connections 10 minutes before on sale time) and got through at 10:04 on the Ticketek app on the smartphone, able to get 7 tickets (family pass + 3 adults) in P5, Row F of the Shane Warne Stand, selected "best available" and seemed all of Cat 1 was not an option!

Geez, that was stressful...
3 different browsers on 1 laptop and MAC, some sessions bombing out after 10 seconds in lounge.
restarted FF on lappy, and got straight in at 10.04, couldn't get 5 tickets together, change to cat2 and got 5 tickets in M6, nearly same spot as last week.
after all done and dusted, some sessions still scrolling around at 10.30am, just pot luck what works.

Kept selecting best available and deleted and started again because I kept getting level 4.

Had 4 tickets in cat 1. Less than a minute left.

Couldn't complete the transaction in time.

Ffs at least give us an extra 2 minutes every time we advance on to a new page.

cauliflower.

@#$%&! hell. I was in the queue since 9.56am and it took me over 20 minutes to get in, I needed 3 tickets and could only get Q level Row Q!

So I split the tickets up, 2 tickets was still Q level.
Then it timed out when I was buying my single ticket and I had to go in the bloody queue again. So my husband and I have crap seats but my dad has a great one.

I snagged the cheapest Level 1 seats, stoked.

It's luck of the draw - bs system.

Nice.

What time did you jump into the queue?

Right on 10am. Took about 11 minutes.

Just put Hilltops "Nosebleed Section" on the work stereo to get myself in the mood.

Been a bit of an eventful morning… was summoned to court at 8:30am for Jury Duty.

8:50am a court officer informs the 60 or so of us in the jury pool that the trial has been abandoned and we're all free to go. No further obligations.

FFS if I knew that yesterday I could have splurged $240 on a club function ticket, haha. They're now sold out.

Anyway, ticket secured, just need to negotiate the time off work now.

Just got my tickets after being in the lounge for almost an hour. I was starting to resign myself to watching it on the tv. 2 tickets M56 so I'm now a happy girl.
