Melbourne are going to have very little incentive to win. Lose & they stay in 4th, win & they potentially go up to 3rd & travel to the Gabba

Sydney have a lot more to play for

Port have to travel either way and they'd quite possibly rather play the MCG than GABBA.

But if they lose then they're relying on Melbourne to win and if you were the Dees you'd tank to avoid going to Qld.

Filth - week 2 as they will lose to Melb. in week 1
Gabba - week 3: Brisbane will get home Prel. after beating Port in Week 1
Dees in GF: Melb d Filth, get home Prel. then beat either of Port, Syd, St.Kilda

We really need to make the top 3 to avoid playing the Swans in Sydney (assuming they come first).
With the recent drop off in form of GWS and the Demons there is a good chance of this happening.
