Collingwood have been kicking goals out of their arse all year. It was time they missed a few.

They did have us beaten for marks inside 50 (18-10)

Mcstay was a pretty good pickup for them. That said, our defenders needed to punch better in Q1. It looked like we were just trying to take defensive marks, & it wasn't working.

For $750K?

Surprised Cerra didn’t get a nod from the coaches. Only played half a game but was so far and away the best player on the ground in the first half and really set up the win for us

Did anyone spot JSOS in the rooms after the game? I couldnt spot him and was looking pretty hard. Seems a bit unusual if he wasnt there as a pretty big team moment there.

Ok thats awesome. I must have looked at something else or left the room when he was on. Ill have to watch it again for a fourth time to see. Feel a lot better knowing he was there. I really want him re-signed. Will be a damn shame if he goes to another club. Thanks bluehammer

Cerra still finished with game high clearances for us iirc. without him the pies crowd would have been a factor all game. our early lead from two qtr quelled the filthy mob a good deal.

What a win, what a night. Absolutely loved giving them the Collingwoooood with two minutes left. My mate said to go earlier but I had to wait until it was pretty much sealed.

Hawks just beat Collingwood by five goals 16.9.105 hawks to 11.7.73 pies

unless pies kicked a shit tonne of OOBOTF instead of goals the. they can’t claim inaccuracy.

i am surprised but in a way not, it’s funny how often a good team loses one and they lose the next one as well. maybe Port, Blues and Hawks have shown the playbook for Pies. we all know what that is now.
