we just gotta beat the saints. we just gotta

melbourne and gws will go to the wire. gws have surprised me, they have really flown under the radar, they will be tough to beat, but we have them on our turf

we should roll the suns with walsh and cerra back

Two wins will almost certainly do it.

We just need to focus on ourselves. One week at a time. Control what we can control. Get the job done and the rest will take care of itself.

Yeah, starting to get flashbacks now.

Don't like the carry on from fans after Friday night, I hope the players haven't drunk the kool-aid.

The Dogs and Ess have the easiest runs home.
Dogs have Hawks and West Coast.
Ess have WC and North.

It really is tighter than a bees knob.

The good thing is the 2 teams above us, whom we play - GWS and St.K - both have 4 tough games.
So my mind is as much if not more about going up a spot or 2 than dropping back and fighting for 8th.

There are so many teams below us, we shouldn't discount one of them potentially getting on a roll.

If we can't beat Saints, Melbourne and GWS, we shouldn't be playing finals. Finals start in August.

Yeah but Essendon* also have GWS away and Collingwood. They’re 6 points behind us, so If we win 2/4 they will have to win all 4 games to overtake us. Can’t see that happening

The upcoming game really is huge, and I am wondering how SOS is going with his recovery - he and Charlie were were beginning to be a dual handful up forward and getting him back would be huge.

Assuming Cerra and Walsh don't get up, this weekend's game really will be a good win if we can get it.

Oh I wasn't saying I was notably worried about them, just pointing out of all the sides in contention they have 2 really easy games.

Although
Dogs also have Richmond and Geelong at the litter tray.
Ess also have GWS away and Collingwood.

Melbourne has the easiest run as the only top 8 team they play is us.

It has been tight, I keep thinking "in a week it'll be clearer" and it really isn't.

I think what it underscores is... imagine if we hadn't beaten Coll.

It would be good if Port beat Geel this weekend. Surely Port can't lose 4 in a row? Game is in Geel though.

Reckon we'd want Rich to beat the Dogs too.

Not sure I could handle a repeat of last year.

Considering they keep it backed up their entire life, and if they're lucky enough to get some from the queen they immediately die, I'd say very tight!

On a scale of a nun's nasties to a fishes arsehole, I'd say approximately Capper's shorts.
