Dogs have Hawks and West Coast.
Ess have WC and North.

The good thing is the 2 teams above us, whom we play - GWS and St.K - both have 4 tough games.
So my mind is as much if not more about going up a spot or 2 than dropping back and fighting for 8th.

There are so many teams below us, we shouldn't discount one of them potentially getting on a roll.

If we can't beat Saints, Melbourne and GWS, we shouldn't be playing finals. Finals start in August.

Yeah but Essendon* also have GWS away and Collingwood. They’re 6 points behind us, so If we win 2/4 they will have to win all 4 games to overtake us. Can’t see that happening

The upcoming game really is huge, and I am wondering how SOS is going with his recovery - he and Charlie were were beginning to be a dual handful up forward and getting him back would be huge.

Assuming Cerra and Walsh don't get up, this weekend's game really will be a good win if we can get it.

Oh I wasn't saying I was notably worried about them, just pointing out of all the sides in contention they have 2 really easy games.

Although
Dogs also have Richmond and Geelong at the litter tray.
Ess also have GWS away and Collingwood.

Melbourne has the easiest run as the only top 8 team they play is us.

It has been tight, I keep thinking "in a week it'll be clearer" and it really isn't.
