If we're building for the future surely we need to keep Cottrell and Motlop in, and drop Cripps and Doc. Make Cerra captain for the week, or Weiters if poor decisions are your thing.

I think Jack's still out with a hamstring...

Cool. When he's injury free, get him in too. If it is extended period, no issue with a week or 2 in vfl to build fitness but after that, straight in.

Cripps deserves to be dropped over Kennedy by a multiple of 100

Cripps has played every game exactly where he wants and has been next to useless

Kennedy has been tossed around all over the place

He is one answer to our small forward woes but hardly gets a look in. He's also a better kick than Cripps

Problem is some posters are like our coaches, can’t make the tough calls and submit to the heart and soul players or easy pickings. These players will fight their way back. Not sure others would bother.

Took me a while but now I see it.

Hey, willing to try anything to win !!

Mix it up a little.

Drop players who didn’t play

Bring in duds who already did.

Will send a real message !!

If Voss really wants chaos I’d go:
Out Motlop, Owies, Martin and Byod
In: Pittonet, Lemmey, O’Keefe and Mirkov

Play them all in the forwardline, that’d be flowering chaotic!!

Why are people suggesting we drop Docherty?
He's an All Australian Half Back. Just as a random thought, why not play him there?
I'm not his biggest fan but he's easily in our top 10 players if he's positioned where he should be. The time has come to stop compensating the inadequacies of players by covering them with others.
If our mids cant spread without carrying an outside receiver in the middle, replace them and try someone else. If our defenders cant function without Kemp playing as a loose (not very effectively), try someone else or even better, try a different defensive coach.
Consider the effectiveness of our loose defender to the oppositions loose and tell me it's a worthwhile exercise.

Docherty to H/B and tell him to defend a man. Try starting Cripps on a wing. If ollie Wines can do it, I cant see why Cripps can't. Good outlet marking option and you need endurance these days on the wing, not speed)
I look at games in the past where Cripps hasn't been in the middle and others step up. When he plays there, the entire midfield structures around his strengths and weaknesses. I recall a game a few years ago against Freo where Cripps missed and Ed dominated clearances and disposals. If you don't create the void, no one will step into it. It's time to see what others can do with an opportunity.

Cincotta Weitering Boyd
Docherty McGovern Saad
Cripps Cerra Walsh
Martin Charlie Cuningham
Motlop TDK Owies
Pittonet Kennedy Dow
I/C Kemp Binns Acres Ed(tag option)

Out Young (sub), Harry (managed for a month, kick rebuild)
