Best of luck to the three of them. Never nice seeing players get delisted.

Cooked - 2 seasons spent on the sidelines is enough evidence of that.

It's a shame, because the guy obviously has talent, but he's just not worth the risk anymore.

We only saw him a couple of times, but geez, he brought the energy.

Unfortunately, we never got to see it in the depths of winter.

I doubt we'd get much in a trade either.

Might be worth persisting with him, rather than taking a token third round pick.

Nothing token about third rounders.

Granted, list management is a far cry from an episode of Barter Kings, but a pick in the 40s will have value to someone.

read that Austin watching macsey from Adelaide .Chasing a player who is former p6 (have nt we learned ) and can not get a senior game. Austin again going about it the easy way . What picks were plowman and setters for example.

I was surprised about Newnes only b/c Voss seemed to keep picking him.
I’m ambivalent on Dow - happy to keep or delist depending on what we could replace him with and what Voss has in mind (ie if he has made Dow a special project to rebuild him through 2022 with an eye to 2023…).
I’m happy to trust Voss. He knows what he wants. And he knows what he needs.

What's your point? Pittonet wasn't getting a game at the Hawks. Nor could Josh Kennedy before he went to the Swans. Lewis Young and Pat Lipinsky couldn't nail down a game at Bulldogs.
Or is it the early draft picks that are your issue? Cerra was a pick 5. He was an excellent player for us this year.

Beads? Whatever. I'd draw the line at flowers in the hair though.

Seems to be a lot of assumptions that Dow wants to stay and is happy with his current spot on the list, rather than look for opportunities elsewhere.

Surprising.
