Banno is bottom 4 of our list as fas as I'm concerned.

He is 23! This is the year for him to show what he has got. How many players have shown there best before there yearly to mid 20s? Judd and............

Albsolutely...Manton, J MAdden, Barnes,,...all crap.....

But Allen, Murphy, Campo and Courtney Johns can do no wrong...
Ease up a bit BB,

Bannister's trying his guts out, reshaping himself, putting in...doing what's exdpected and maybe some. hat'll improve the whole team. He is quite young and I don't know why he gets bagged so much....I'm no on the bandwagon..but happy to be left behind!

Bottom 4 :?
would you please be kind enough to name the other three please. 8)

Prendergast has dropped to bottom with our boom tall recruits this year and emergence of a new crop of ball winners.

Chambers closely behind. His disposal and efforts to pick up a ball are horrific.

Longmuir just because he will always be jack in the box type player. Love watching the boy play in the Bullants though, he torches that level.

Don't get me wrong, Bannister busts a gut every pre-season and is a good example to young guys but unfortunately he just not up to it, plain and simple.

COMPLETELY AGREE

I'd give a chance to Edwards as a key defender before Bannister.

Off the bandwagon since the Bulldogs game when he played 62 minutes and got 2 possessions.

That doesn't mean I dont want him to become a star and all that.

Just that I dont expect it anymore.

Banno has to bulk up because he is too slow for medium size smalls on opposition forward lines.Bannister is good overhead and could play CHB.Only chance he has to stay on the list for 2007 and beyond.

He may have plenty of discrepancies but pace isnt one of them.
Bannister would be in the 5 fastest at the club if not the quickest.

Most, how about 15 others!

I cringe each time I'm reminded that we finished below Hawthorn - are they not by far the worst team in the league?

2006 better be better. I'm getting sick of watch shit footy.

This may sound ridicolous blue vain but pace in timed training runs and pace during games are different.Reacting quickly to on game situations is part of the big picture. In a 50 or 100m dash Bannister would beat Nathan Brown every time yet when they played on each other Brown was too smart for him and towelled him up.If a clever player thinks a second or 2 ahead of his opponent how quickthat player is becomes redundant.

agreed, saw some of the game while at work and he seemed to be strong and confident, what we are lacking at the moment....was also good to see daniel harford get a fair bit of the pill....bryan also performed pretty well....straight swap for archie???

Will get a call up, but it is quite easy to pick up kicks when your loose in the backline. Lets see how he plays against an opponent and at a higher level. Far better option than Teague ATM.
