I hope we keep it simple and replace Martin with Motlop, anything else messes with the team ethos we are building given they way they won last week.

Philp out for a month with broken ribs.

Be interesting to see who they go with now to replace Martin

He can't take a trick. Hope he's not the newest member of that perpetually injured club - Marchbank (president) and Cuningham (vice-president)

I'd like to see that.
He looks like he is a smooth mover.

Perhaps. But Joe Daniher might just be the poster child. Hopefully with Charlie to follow, and then Marchy and Cunningham to vacate their membership soon after...

Am I the only one having issues with the AFL mobile ticketing system????

I'm an AFL member (Carlton Club support)

I've f%^^** done everything Ive been asked to do including updating the AFL-Live app

I've linked my AFL account to Ticketmaster but the games for me to select do not display

Of course, I spent 3 X 40 minutes on hold yesterday with no luck.

I emailed them this afternoon and got a reply saying they'd get back to me in 5-7 days because of the high volume of calls

FFS...could they not have had a transition year where this year we would still receive the plastic AFL membership card with barcode????

Try calling them and requesting a call back, if that option is still available? You sem to get kicked off hold after 40 mins.

I had to call to get my sons account linked to mine, so it would display in the app - clearly my son does not have a smartphone as he is 2.

I agree, a transition year would have been smarter. It must be so annoying for venue staff who could just glance at a card before and now have to squint at a phone.
Also, just send kids under 10 a card for flowers sake.

Do we know if Charlie is 100% healthy and just a bit rusty? I can barely contain my excitement for the Charlie / McKay possibility but I’ve really tried to suppress it after all the years of injuries

Cerra out Walsh in might be an obvious swap if Walsh gets up. If not I’d say it’s between Dow and Carroll to replace Cerra.

You’d think Motlop will get the nod to replace Martin

I’m just glad we forced Liam Jones into retirement to protect the playing group

Of course he is, let's hope he is the only other one.
Are we the only club that has players out because of C19?
If so, we need to stop testing or start swabbing armpits instead.

I meant we as society collectively

I guess Dow is competing with Cerra and Kennedy for a midfielders role.

Martins running capacity goes unnoticed to May posters. He gives us width like the wings do or should and he's up and down the ground defending and creating. also lays a mean tackle in this game of attrition.

I hope Motlop brings his A game if he is selected.
