I think the last time we had this level of expectation going into a season was 2013…….
:yikes:

I'm not overly confident about Round 1 but I believe we'll be 3 wins from our first 4.
Hopefully the supporters don't throw the toys out of the cot if we don't get up against the Tigers.

I think we were pretty pumped for last year after a reasonable 2020.

I'm actually really excited for Rd 1.

(Remind me of that statement this time next week)

Now I know how those Tiger supporters we laughed at on Thursday nights in the 2000’s felt ……

Hope, faith, desire …..

2 hours later ….. despair

I’ve already started. First toy went out with the first skill error by LOB when we played the Spoons

Does anyone know which rooms Carlton will be using next week? I'd like to know which race they'll be emerging from at the start of the game.
Thanks in advance.

I'm talking more about the emotional wrecks who despairingly call the radio stations after the loss.

We should all throw a week long party if we come within 3 goals of the team that finished one place above us

Why I believe we will win

We are on the up with a new coach
We finally have a defensive side to our game
We have so much improvement in so many players
Cerra & Hewett will make a massive difference
Charlie is fit
Kennedy to surprise many and be a star
Cripps is fit
New coaches will get best out of younger players like Fisher TDK O’Brien Owies Durdin
Williams McGovern are fit

Richmond rely too heavily on their stars who are past their best and their younger players aren’t their yet

I wonder how Walsh (the former poster) is feeling about this. His man Teaguey is now at the Tigers, probably sharing all his & Walsh's intel as we speak

What happened to Walsh the poster?
His candle burned so brightly albeit so briefly.
Go Blues!

I was just doing my reverse Kevin Bartlett schtick.

I actually hate them, I hate their guts.
