He certainly is that - took Northern Bullants back to back grand finals. The man knows his stuff....he needs time to get his players in to play his brand. Like Buckley after x amount of years after bringing players in to play his brand and failed to win a flag then its time to move on. But talented and young he certainly is one of those.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, maybe he's just a good VFL coach. You know, like our mids you keep singling out.
At 31 years of age yes he was...so to say he can't coach is just rubbish.
Was....is.....it's all semantics in the end.
You do realise he's playing the Adelaide game plan that got them to a GF in 2017 where they were thrashed and then finished 12th the following year?
No thanks, you can have your VFL messiah!

Well not much anyone can do with skinny pea heart midfielders. If he gets his players in and plays his brand then we will see, but till then too early to tell.
Unfortunately he doesn't have Docherty, Cripps, Murphy, Simmo, Gibbs, Kreuzer playing food football as Bolton had. This group is much youthful.
I'm not sure what Bolton has to do with this and why you and Jimbo are so obsessed with him.
I'm only guessing that continually referring to him is the only way to make Teague look good in your eyes.
To everyone else, he's a failure.
As for skinny pea heart midfielders, Rutten has been able to have not 1 but 2 2020 draft picks play all season and still make the finals.[/quote]
Rutten has one of the best midfields in the competition - Dororo done a great job there. But stuffed up other parts of the ground.
SOS stuffed it up the midfield but got right everywhere else
