Jurgen Klopp talked about it in his own press conference overnight

Courage and Toughness is Teague unfortunately he has a midfield of skinny pea hearts.

Let him bring in the players he needs to win flags.

Teague is a star in his own right - fair, tough and brave.

You on the other hand get excited when picking up other peoples garbage.

Let’s break this down, how good miss do we need and what do we have, including wings:

Elite/a-grade
Walsh
Cripps (non banged up)

C grade but maybe near b grade
Kennedy
Ed Curnow

C grade or below or unknown
Dow
Newnes
Fisher
LOB
Cottrell
Setterfield
Philp
Carroll
SPS
Murphy (retired)
Fogarty
Cuningham
Ramsay
Gibbons

I’m fairly certain that from the c group or below category there isn’t enough improvement to take us where we want to be.

Question must be asked, and goes against everything I have said re Teague taking over - would we have been better off sticking it out with Bolton, or at the very least not doing a 180 on philosophy.

Ed Curnow has laid one tackle in five games - he is like an F

Walsh, Cripps, Kennedy and three more for rotation....... Mitchell, Cerra and one more

Trade out - as many skinny pea heart players as possible

So your theory is no salary cap
And recruit a graders and that’s solves all our problems and that will show Teague is the man

So Mitchell , Cerra maybe we should go and get hopper and Neale also

Side note , Teague would still stuff it up

So Walsh in all seriousness when do you think Teague is getting the chop , im tipping this week

When are you tipping

Considering some of our senior players are retiring and cap going up by $1.5m next year we should have some ~$2m in the cap. Just because we have signed a couple of high profile players on B grade you under estimate the amount of low grade rubbish we have on the list - low graders either get overpaid like they always have done or bring in quality. Easy decision to make.

He's laid 7 or more tackles in 4 games this year. Averages 3.7.
If you're going to slag off players, try arming yourself with some reality first. Ed has a lot of deficiencies but effort and hardness aren't on the list.
