Are you one of Trumps political advisors.
Are you related to him
Read the stats I have just given you?
This despite us pumping it in there over 9 times a game more
Over to you

I couldn't give a @#$%&! about McAdam.
You're the one carrying on about McGovern and McAdam all the time. I don't care. Nobody cares.
He plays for the wooden spoon side so he's irrelevant to the posts I was making.
I was just putting up a post about Carltons forward line. McGovern V McKay. That's it.
You're the one who chipped in asking about McAdams stats.

Don’t won’t to be a party pooper but if Charlie doesn’t get back to the level - then we’ve got a very expensive and lazy “third tall” that doesn’t get a lot of it

I agree and he wasn't what we needed. But he's on our list and unless we can get something of substantial value for him, we have to make the most of the situation.
IMHO, our forward line is too tall to have Charlie, Harry and TDK or Levi playing there with McGovern or Jack. IMHO, going forward the structure is better with Charlie as the key, TDK as the bail out option and McGovern as the 3rd tall and small forwards/resting mids making up the numbers.

Exactly
Some people just don’t get it
The point I am making is not necessarily whose better Mc Adam or MC Govern
It’s the importance of recruiting trades and list management
Think about it
Pretty much everything is equal
Salary cap
Soft cap
Facilities
Coaching appointments are more scrutinised
Shit teams get the best picks
Free Agency can advantage the successful teams Lynch being the best example

Development and culture should be a given
A bad trade kills ya
McGovern has 3 years to go
If things don’t change some posters would still stick up for him and not give a shit about someone like MCAdam.
It’s pretty dumb narrow minded thinking mind you

I actually agree, a bit like his brother- reads the play well, would be better suited. Mind you his brother is carrying a bit of excess, genetics.

Going to be very difficult as he is inherently very lazy.

Russell will have to work his magic (or whip).

I have been thinking the same with McGovern try him behind the ball.

I was thinking maybe play Charlie at CHB and let him run straight lines for his first season back. Weitering Marchbank and Charlie would give you a nice mix of flair and defence.

I reckon he would be lost there.

Trade Casboult out, put McG down back, get Caleb back in the team, and have Harry and Charlie run amok up forward.

Listen to Gary Lyon saying we should trade Charlie so why would we he is the only player on our list that can kick multiple goals week in week out if we are going to be relying Harry and McGovern we will be in trouble
I see Harry as our lead up forward with Charlie playing deep and as for McGovern should be good for our seconds

Go back to that game against the Doggies where Charlie kicked a lazy 7, he was playing at Full Forward.
Harry McKay was at CHF and took 10 contested marks further up the ground including the connection on the wing from the backline.

Both can play to their strengths.
Harry's kicking to goal is wasted opportunity (till he can get that right), but firther up the ground, not only takes a KPD with him, but also opens up our forwardline.

Casboult only has a year left in him. If its 2, which I doubt, but its not forever.

I am also expecting TDK to take on the No 1 ruck role in 2022, if not at some stage 2021. He's freakish enough to do it despite his weight handicap, imo

He has the rare knack of finding the goals (plural).

Gary Lyon only comments on things before his eyes.

Lyons is disappointed with Charlie's out put this year.

I know, he’s a jet. Was just thinking about getting him back playing well. Less twisting and turning for his first season back
