Big call but I'd bring TDK in for Pitonnet. Don't get me wrong Pit has been great and exceeded expectations massively but for me it's still about development and building our next premiership side. I think Pit is limited. TDK has a much higher ceiling. He's 21 now, time to see what he can do as first ruck

against Goldstein? nope.

Yeah good point. Maybe the week after. I just think TDK will be our ruckman when we’re competing for a premiership so I’d rather get him in sooner rather than later. We need a Grundy / Gawn type ruckman who doesn’t just compete but actually hurts the opposition

They're on their knees. We need to hit them hard early and not give them a sniff.

Spot on.

We’ve shown we can play great footy and win as underdogs against top 8 teams. Our best footy is good to watch and can match it with anyone.

However, we haven’t started as favourites in any game this year. We will this week. We should expect to win against a team that is on their knees. They’ve been terrible for 4 straight weeks. Can we step on their throats? This will be the best indicator of how far we’ve come. The good teams can compete with anyone on their day but they also get the job done against inferior teams. A massive test of the mindset of this group.

This game is so important. Good teams, after losing like we did today come out determined to destroy the opposition. North have been god awful the last few weeks, we should demolish them. Get on top early and they'll fold, we must start well.

We've only beaten them 8 times since the 1995 Preliminary Final. It's an extraordinary record.

Yep. Hoodoo team for us.

We need to smash them to show we've truly made progress.

@#$%&! that. A three point win, with a kick after the siren will be enough.

I hope Cunnington doesn’t play. They’re a 5 goal better side when he plays

Harry will be playing against his twin brother.
Would like to see Fisher come in the side however am not sure who he would replace.

Apparently they’ve never won without him since his debut. He’s clearly the key to that team.

Over at Big Footy on the North board they don't sound very confident that he'll get up.

Terrible idea, with all due respect.

Goldy would destroy TDK

This game does worry me, we know as well as anyone even if north have been awful recently they have some very good players who can hurt us.

A win of any kind will do me fine. Next step in development is win games like this, and also being able to win ugly and not playing our best.

Last time we had a close loss before a north game was last year v hawks, and people were talking us up etc. then we proceeded to be destroyed by 10 goals.

Fisher for Murphy. He had his birthday game after a poor performance the week before. He didn't fire a shot last night. Missed an absolute sitter to boot. Rest him or drop him.
Put SPS in a damaging role.
TDK isn't ready to be first ruck yet. Pittonet is harder and more mature. Goldstein will be a big hurdle to overcome.

We need to play like we did against the Dogs, come out fast and use the middle of the ground.
