They're applying huge pressure to us but we're a goal down. Could be a lot worse.

setters again leading teh way with tackles - 7 so far

Made some horrible errors but still only a goal behind. Tidy a few things up and we're right in this. Our leaders need to lift though.

If we can start to break even in midfield, we should have a good chance.

Levi's missing his first 2. Doesn't bode well.

They could be 4 goals up.

Need to regroup.

Do we persist with Jones on Dixon, or put Casboult on him?

Frustrating quarter. Hope Port run out of legs soon

They were well on top for a good 10-15 and didn’t make the most of it. That’s a good sign for us. I reckon there will be a few more momentum swings. We just need to capitalise on our chances when we get.

We definitely need a change up tactically though. They’ve forced us into bombing down the line again and it just keeps coming straight back. They’re outnumbering us at every contest in the midfield

Well we're hanging in there and really should be in front when you look at the Levi miss that they then goalled from on the kick out and went coast to coast. Feel like Port have thrown plenty at us. Not sure that they can go up a gear but they're good enough to maintain the level so if we do off they'll bury us. Having said that, I think we've got gears to go up

Jones fought back well in the 2nd half of that quarter against Dixon.

Can't see game (thanks ch7 for showing everyone but Carlton in the next fortnight, especially when this game was always going to be a good 'un) but I love that Setterfield has 7 tackles in a half. Seven!

well done backline for keeping us in it. (and their kicking)
Midfield - where is TDK - Pitto has been great but this week is not his - not sure if can do better

We are lucky to be this close really. We have the opportunity though if we lift after half time, but we need to get on top in the contest.

Can’t rely on playing sling shot footy to win the game.
