Thanks, I appreciate the sentiment;although not quite sure if it's a compliment or an insult.

Unfortunately, I was a bit indisposed, drugged up in an anaesthetic, post-op stupor, so unable to comment...

If I remember my high school Latin correctly, it's "penes"

Sounds like perfect conditions for understanding the decision

Great @#$%&! win!

Mention that to Mr Sad Sack when he arrives.

nope I'll let Setters do the talking.

Goodaye guys
Good win should have won by a few goals
Setterfield to some degree tonight what he was recruited to do
In fact the best part about tonight’s game was we won should have by more and Cripps didn’t dominate
Good to see Cuningham Gibbons step up
Martin was quiet so the fact we beat them in the midfield is an added bonus
Pittonet is a smart footballer provides a contest
McGovern had a very good first half average after that
I thought Williamson was terrific
Weitering will be All Australian if he keeps his form up

Please kruzer do the right thing and retire !!

I have been saying this for years

Early days for Pitts but I like what I see

Carlton have not had a real good ruckman since Matthew Allan (for a few years anyway)

Carlton premiership teams have always had great ruckmen

Yep. Hope the win helped you Moshe and it was intended as a compliment.
I can watch any other game objectively but when we play, I am as bias as they come. Especially when it's against these cheating flowers. I can admit that and I'm comfortable with that.

Mr Plow is usually pretty solid but had a shit one.

Loved Cuningham's game. Levi huge but out of batteries in the last.

Good win being a man down and with Cripps being held.

He did some pretty important stuff on a flat battery then.
He did, but the big lug was down to one effort per contest

Ed absolutely destroyated Shiel. Plowman similar with Stringer. Two roles that will be overlooked but really got us over the line.

Also, I know the game finished late and you cauliflower don't like to eat too much after 10.30, so I saved the rest of that bag of dicks for you and I'm going to cook them so you can eat them for brunch while watching the replay. You cheating cauliflower.

Just watching the highlights again.

He didn’t have a fantastic night but how crucial, CRUCIAL was Martin’s goal after we fell 12 points behind early in the last?

Have been crying out for years now for this sort of coolness and class under pressure.

Go Blues!

You'd think with my username, I would too...I'm getting too old for these heart attacks/heartbreakers...I just want to enjoy a game again (during the actual f$%% game that is...)

I was going to say, the first 50 was even more bewildering than the second. The umps should not be able to get away with this shit. It was a less than 50/50 free to the scum out of the ruck, then that absurd 50, then from the kick it should have been a push in the back to Plowman that wasn’t paid. Just like that it goes from our half forward line to a scum goal due to 3x shitful umpiring. In today’s low scoring games the you can’t afford to be gifting goals like that to the opposition. The penalty is too great.

The club should come out publicly and demand an explanation for both 50s

Dirty pricks.

Think it was Simpson who had someone wrapped up in a tackle on the ground, play had almost stopped and then some red and black cauliflower came in with a full on diving tackle on the tackler.

Yeah what was the go with that? Since when can you just blatantly tackle a guy who doesn’t have the ball?
