If Crusader isn’t on a crusade against SOS, then I don’t know who is. Some real trash posting against Marchbank, O’Brien and Dow proves the point.

I’m centrist, but those to the left of Mao call me ‘far right’.

I think SOS has been adequate. Those who came before him were drop kicks and there’s still plenty of room for the next guy to grow into.

Old mate inferred that the contracts were perfect. Dust off the hands, piece of piss for the next bloke. I just looked up the actual state of play... we’re every chance to turn over a dozen players this time next year. Mostly trash (the remnants of poor selection & worse development), but also Simpson, Murphy, Betts and, if the duct tape comes loose, Kreuzer. All careers come to an end, but those four are all in the best 22 and have never felt any pressure from their understudies.

Hope he leaves a box of antacid on the desk when he goes.

Again I said that SOS is now paying players what the're worth rather than paying a grade salaries for b grade talent.

The next list manager has 2 years to work out how to manage the TPP, how long do you expect player contracts to run for?

I regards to the antacid, I would bet that there would be a dozen clubs that would offer SOS a contract the second he leaves, further we will also likely to have a few quality candidates that would love to take on the list manager role, that would not been the case before SOS was appointed.

You guys seem to be leaving Brad Lloyd's important role out of your discussions.

Didn’t SOS’s dotted line go straight to MLG.

OK.

He's done a good job for us.
Better than most recruiters in the industry.
Time will tell how good a list he has assembled.

I wonder if he's got one more big surprise this Wednesday.
I'm sure he's doing his best.

Given we were chasing a good fish and a big fish with our picks, it says to me anything SOS picks is going to fill holes with the best talent, which surprise everyone.

OR

He picks up one of Kemp, Stevens, Serong, maybe Flanders or Ash...Young...players everyone will consent as a good player, maybe 200 game player.

OR...another player or combo....

OR

maybe leave us with 2 First rounders for 2020 as a parting gift to the next List Manager.

This rebuild is the most astute rebuild of all time.
Club endoresed, so its not just SOS.
He did it for a couple years without his field of expert managers and talent spotters.

I love him, and spewin he's going, but he will miss the reward for effort.

From where we sit, it can go either way till it comes from the 'horses' mouth 8795.

barass70 imo must be moreso related to SOS than Liddle.

I value his info more than others, but you have to wonder sometimes given like anyone is behind a keyboard.

Remember Sinners Synbad... he had an agenda most of the time. A good thinker.
Legend Carlton man, but sometimes you have to question whether he's holds the same values as yourself.

No one knows what is going to happen till it happens.

Carlton flag only a year or two away. Honest. Trust me..

I know right

Stocker, Kemp and Philp for Fischer McAsey.

I think he should stop reaming Adelaide so savagely unless he enjoys it.

Stocker, Kemp and Philp for Fischer McAsey. Wow.

Say no more.

Amazing, especially given we are already loaded with talls, forward and back.

Hail SOS. Plenty of Midfield talent to develop.

Add Martin for free. Genius.

SOS looked like he was having a ball tonight.

Making calls.
Pushing for Academy/ Development players.
Plenty of debate amongst the selection committee

Forcing GWS and Freo to use up picks, making our latter pick more valuable for us.

Getting us 2 First rounders for one, to bolster the midfield with more class.

He knows he's got Martin in the bag this Friday. End of story
