I think we're not giving them enough credit. They are bloody good.

We've played much worse this season.

McGovern is a disaster but.

Really should be much closer on the scoreboard. Particular lowlight was Deluca marking the ball 1 metre out on his favoured side, and passing the ball backwards 20 metres to Thomas.
No confidence.

Look, our forward entries have looked terrible, but how can we expect much better when half of the moveable pieces inside 50 are Deluca, Lang & Gibbons?

6 centre clearances to 0 their way.
Our mids are struggling badly in the conditions. I'd put SPS in there, at least he handles the slippery conditions.
I also think the have the key defence match ups wrong. We can't allow them to keep the spare in defence. We're actually not that far off it. 10 scoring shots to 7. We need to take our chance. Hopefully the conditions improve as our boys are really battling to handle the ball.

Thank goodness we're not committed to deluca.

I'm at the ground, their ball handling and speed is killing us

Might feel he hasn't been here long enough and probably felt he had to honour Daisy's lead.

Plowman, Thomas, Jones and Ed have been good. McGovern has contested and found some ball, which is more than can be said for any of our other forwards.

LOB looked at times like he was trying to avoid body contact. Not sure that's going to work in these conditions.

The gov should've been pulled late due to conditions. He's strictly a dry weather tall. No second efforts or defensive pressure

The only game that was worse than this was the Kangas game.

I've said this for a while now, has good outside run and skills but hates it hard

Wouldn’t even know O’Brien was out there... maybe he doesn’t either.

The only positive I can take from today is that our boys are getting a free lesson in workrate, cohesion and playing in the wet.

I've got nothing otherwise.

Should've come back through the VFL to get his confidence. Kennedy was a bit stiff to be dropped. Should be in ahead of Lang and Deluca.

Yep, Kennedy over the Gov and Dow should've come into the side for Lang. And we could've even tried Garlett.

Wet conditions, yet Richmond still quite crisp with their disposal. Makes a big difference

He has been ok. He is contesting.
Levi is the dry tracker. Really doesn't like it wet.
LOB is battling. Fisher offers nothing. His run down the wing should have resulted in a goal but his kick into F50 was dreadful.
Lang no impact.
We are winning our fair share of contested possessions and are ok at the stoppages other than the centre clearances. The boys are having a dip but the wet weather doesn't help our bottom 5 or 6. The skill level isn't up to it in the wet.
We need to take our chances. Not out of it if we can get a few on the board early and take our chances.

Big half for Teague here. We’ve got some structural issues.
