i dont disagree with you on the board, but they dont tell the players how to play, put a game plan together, or actually get out there and kick the footy on game day, so i'm not sure how sakcing them would actually benefit the club to get win to the board or get better players to the club

my last one was rubbish

I'm not that sure … I am not seeing players with the running power that will (a) see us "collectively connect" when moving the ball (b) create error in the opposition when moving the ball and (c) get to positions to assist team mates.

I don't see players equipped with the armour to rumble … did we really need to pick up so many lightweights in SPS, Fisher, Dow and O'Brien over two consecutive drafts.

I am not convinced that SOS and his recruiting team adequately measure up the mobility requirements of AFL football with players (draft and trade) in their scope.

SOS has brought in decent talent. Not up to him to coach and develop them correctly.
This current coaching group is crushing the confidence of even our best performed players let alone the kids.

For me it's simple. If your kid turns 18 and wants a driver's licence and you've already taught them the basics, you will probably send them to a driving school to learn the finer points.
If they don't pick up the finer points they'll probably fail their driving test. No licence !
We've got kids at Carlton who came to the club knowing the basics.

What we don't have is a coach teaching them the finer points.

So, tommi for coach, at least he'll put a smile on the player's dials.
