Gutted, I still think the playing group is strong , To me it’s coaching that’s the issue.

Hope Caro Wilson is correct when she states big changes are too come

I've been a supporter of Bolton but after today I think it is clear that we need a change.
Unfortunately a number of our 'young guns' aren't going to turn out to be as good as we would have hoped.
On a positive note I like the look of Stocker.

SPS, Dow and Fisher have gone backwards. Not sure if it's the midfield coach or the senior coach but someone surely has to lose their job.

they arent alone, but i fully agree, fisher was a shining light last year until he broke his leg, and was good early on, dow started the season well, but has gone into his shell. sps has never really hit his full potential - we need a coach will balls not a bbq

If that's the best they can put on after circling the wagons we're stuffed.
Bolton has lost them and they won't play for each other.
We will be lucky to win another game ever again.....

Today we showed our ex-coach and ex-assistant coach just how far we've come.

Sorry but we have always been awful under Bolton

Don't think it has magically gone downhill this year

Our ball movement has never been cohesive under him

Too many excuses from the club

Biggest issue for me now is whether we have a quality list

Bolton won't survive but I think the next coach has a huge task to lift this club out the doldrums

I have said that a few times over the last 17 years

I went to the West Coast v Adelaide game last night. Had a great time in the SACA committee room with non stop wine, cider and finger food. Watched a committed well drilled team win.

Went to the movies and saw Rocketman today, 10 mins after first bounce. Had a great day and saw a great movie.

It's easy to do.

I'm as mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore.

Pros:

We started well, and we didn't give up.
Cripps and Walsh.
Gibbons and Cuningham are developing well.
Good to see MC finally using Ed as a midfield tagger. Could have done with him around the clearances.
Thought Kennedy was okay, especially in the first half.
Could see they want to move the ball on quickly (early in the game), but as the mistakes and turnovers accumulate, they lose confidence.

Cons:

Smashed in the clearances after quarter time. Killed on the spread. If we're going to struggle with St Kilda's midfield, we're going to struggle against every side.
St Kilda were fairly awful. Hard to see where the next win will come. I worry about what another 2 win season will do.
Umpires yet again.
Dow. Not winning the ball at the moment. Won't tackle. And butchers the ball when he gets it.
SPS. Invisible in the first half. Used it poorly in 2nd half.
3 diabolical defensive turnovers from Newman and Marchbank were really costly.
We really miss Jones. Probably would have won, if he'd been playing.

Forgot Fisher. Good player, but awful performance. Kept on running into tacklers when he didn't need to.

Feel sorry for our forwards. But probably Charlie's best performance for the year.

Everything you said in that paragraph is 100% correct.

You can still watch the games. Stress/health management's been an issue for me so what I do is:

1) Never watch games live - always know the result before watching.
2) Read the TC discussion first.

I'm going to have a look at the game now. Based on the discussion here I'm ready for the worst effort ever.

Please explain.
Can anyone explain why in last few minutes when we were 11 pts down they chipped the ball around as if we were leading and trying to run down the clock.
SMH

Anyone?

Wasn't the worst effort.

Just a bad loss against a less ordinary side than us.
