Because ultimately he is responsible. If he's not, who is? If the players are not putting in then it says to me they've lost faith in their coach. The message isn't getting through.

And do you want to talk structure? Where's Curnow playing? He seems lost.

Tactically our midfielders have not hunted the ball all year as a group. There's no pressure at contests.

Effort.
Structure.
Tactics.

There's very little of any of this.
