There's a reason the bookies had us losing. We were never going to win this. I thought 5 goals. Looks like I was wrong.

Just left the ground... surprisingly not the only one to do so.

Surprisingly? Long weekend, I'm expecting to see the stands half full once the 3rd quarter starts

Edit: just realised it's only a long weekend in QLD. Even more reason for everyone to leave early!

Half time has Bolton at training talking about how we are 8th on the quarters win ladder. It’s individual quarters letting us down, mental toughness.

Maybe Bolts should replay this to them at half time. Some of these blokes need to standup

With the young talent we have I'd say he could get this unit someone around a top 10. Big difference between a good coach and a F shit coach. They get the best out of their side and give them a plan and direction.

Sorry mate but clangers are on the players not the coach and there are way too many today to blame the coach, game plan or any other nonsense you can make up.

Coach's job to to prevent stuff like that. it's called training.

What do you think they do all week and pre-season?

Maybe you should go to a training session and watch.

Cunnington 19 touches to half time, similar to how O'Meara cut us up last week while we allow Cripps to cop a hard tag again. We've been worked out in the middle.

We have had our heads in the sand for too long

Bolton is not the man to take us forward

Unfortunate it will be about minimising the damage now

Spot on.

Great coaching by opposition coaches.

I think we need to move Ed and Gibbons into the middle. They're too big for our kids, geez we are screaming for another big bodied mid and back up ruck.

We have won one game and Bolton tells the players how good they are.

Once we got 3 goals down after 5 minutes, I knew we were in trouble.

Absolutely beat up around the ball. Out-tackled. Outran.
Horrible turnovers on the few occasions we did get it.
Set shot misses.
And constant trolling from Dwayno. :banghead:
Murphy continues to play like he doesn't want body contact.
Ben Brown seems to be allowed to push Jones out in marking contests.
Casboult. :banghead:

Only slight positives were Phillips, Walsh and Gibbons.

As if you couldn't see this coming.
Sides play with us and just do enough to win.
North needed a big win so they have come out all guns blazing.

Just think come 8 o'clock tonight we Will be 1 and 6 and only played one side that is in the eight.

Cliches kid is clueless BBQ and Boy scout camps just don't cut it

I was excited at 12.30. Well and truly expecting a loss but keen to see how our young players would go. We have been caned mercilessly in the midfield which is putting extreme pressure on our backs. As a result of the ball surging into defence, our forwards are all sucked up the ground. So even when we do get the ball from the defence, we're screwed.

I think the idea from the opposition is, stop Cripps, stop Carlton.

Embarrassing and just so weak
Walsh and fisher only 2 that are giving us anything
I’m usually a defender of Casboult but really just don’t pick him again he is an impediment momentum killer and just not good enough
Phillips giving us nothing getting spanked

Murphy Thomas plowman Cripps Ed Currow Charlie H all very ordinary
Marchbank and weitering poor and so jittery
Poor Stocker playing in a team like this
No heart no guts and they don’t deserve people turning up to see them okay if they put up this effort
60,000 supporters collectively sigh at another inept performance in a winnable game

Phillips?
He who doesn't like body contact
