As I’ve said before
Our recruiting and list management is
Still terrible
Setterfield is average
Gave away 2 players to get him
McGovern is overrated
Played 10 minutes
Gave up 3 picks for him
And then there’s Fasolo

We play with spirit
Bolton hasn’t got the socks to pick up
Too many slow players
Too many average players from other clubs recruited by SOS
and his team

We have a couple of stars and not much else
Our list hasn’t improved much from 2015
And that ain’t Bolton’s fault
That’s SOS and his recruiting team
and most importantly the board that appointed him

Ummm, that's the coach's job to sort stuff like that.

Here we go again. Only posting to kick the club! Move along Jimbob!

This club deserves to be kicked. We won't win a game this year

As hard to swallow as the Ben Dixon game.

Let a golden opportunity slip, you'll pay for unforced errors at the top level.

It’s simply indefensible now.

Bolts isn’t the man to take us forward.

We will cop media heat now, 3 wins in 36.

Time to thank Bolts for leading us through a tricky time, but now is the time to actually win football matches, which he has proven he cannot do.

If we can’t in this from there with only that much time left, then we’re not going to win much if at all this year.

Then again, if the mark had been paid to Jones...@#$%&! me.

You mean dropping the gov back to help the defence?

Letting them setup around the throw ins.
Gov not standing on the line.
Deciding to kick the ball long rather than chip it around with 90 seconds to go.

Losers find a way to lose.

Spot on....Murphy had a chance to kick it backwards/side wards and milk the clock but kicked it down the line to a contest.

You know nothing. That's is the coach's job.

Listen, you no brained fool, I've been posting for years positive and negative. I call it as I see it and we know how we see it right now.

Have no respect for you as a poster. Jog on.

Jimbob, your lack of understanding the modern game, the coaching structure and what is and isn't the responsibility of the coaches boggles the mind sometimes.

BTW: I don't need nor want your respect. But thanks for advising me anyway.

Have a nice day!

Roos is right about our forward set up.
Poor Gibbo..goaless and probably back to the 2's now. I thought 10 let us down badly today.
Walsh and Jones unbelievably good
.so too Weiters. Cripps gives his all and if you could not see he is devastated you need glasses.

Agreed, but you can't just blame the coaches when you see that level of skill across the board.

That last 2 minutes typified the whole match. What a farce.
Cripps bombs it inside 50 to the shortest forward. A tactic we employed most of the match.
Ed Curnow misses
Dow handballs inboard when he just needed to kick it forward.
No mark to Jones. Ridiculous umpiring .
Than the guy dropping back as goal keeper comes off his line and let's the ball go over his head for a goal.
Marc Murphy put the icing on the cake with the last kick.
What a farcical performance. I feel sorry for JW and Liam Jones who didn't deserve that shit

We go in with land of the giants forward and nearly all forward 50 entries are directed at Gibbons and ED
Charlie every time he got near the ball ended up in GC hands.
Dow skills are woeful.
Lobbed goodbye
Levi goodbye.
Jones Weiters and Thomas well done.

Not ONE chain of handballs through the middle after the first two goals of the second quarter were scored by using the corridor.
NOT ONE!
Charlie Curnow had the ONLY bounce for the entire second half and it caused a turnover.
We were beaten by a team with 21 men for 60 % of the game.

Backs to the wall. The only team in the comp without a win.

They haven't got the guts to back themselves to win and instead persist in the long game to a contest down the line. That's why we were beaten. No guts and no flair. It's been thrashed out of them from Garlett, from SPS, from Fisher. They're just a team of robots in Navy Blue marching like lemmings to the edge using a game plan invented donkeys' years ago.

GCS wanted to win and we were scared we would lose.

Any chance Dow can hit a target sometime this century? His kicking skills for a midfielder is as bad as it gets.

Way I see it you reap what you sow. Our game plan revolves around hugging the boundary. If that's your plan then you will always been in close games. You'll never put yourself in a position to win with ease. That's why we rarely looked like kicking a goal. I blame the coach for this. It's his game plan.

And what's with Gibbons being the FF? Zero strategy moving the ball to the forwards.

And while I'm at it, is there any chance Charlie Curnow can show some genuine fight out there? SPS threw himself at the contest with real aggression late. Desperate for a win. I don't see that same hunger in Charlie. He's been like that all year so it's not injury related. He needs to look in the mirror.

Like every week during the season, straight after another loss I go straight to the injury list to see who's coming back and who played well at the NB's.

Over it, there is no saviour we are just a miserable football club.
