Try not turning over 14 players a year - So you'd prefer we keep the underperforming players that were there?
Develop proper drills and game plans instead of going on Boy Scout camps to Tassie - I'm pretty sure they do drills and game plans at their deaily training sessions
Stop telling them it is ok lose. - Still waiting for an example of this ever happening
Draft in bigger bodies with finals experience to teach and protect the bodies of young developing players. - Such as?

There are a few things I would have done differently.

By the time these players get to the age where they are mature enough their bodies will be battered .

The list build by SOS will be the death of Bolton.

In my eyes the list rebuild has been poor.

We lack smart footballers, we lack outside pace, we lack run off half back, he have no genuine small to medium size crafty forwards with pace.

The over emphasis of tall players is absolutely killing us right now. I know I keep Harding in about it but we have an abundance of mediocre 190cm players that serve no purpose

Bolts doesn’t have much to work with and to be brutally honest, other than Fisher and Curnow the rest have not shown anything to make me feel confident we are building a list of player for this supposed ‘sustained success’

Adding Pickett, Lang, Murphy, Byrne, Docherty, Williamson, and a fitter SPS is a start + Cuningham, Polson, Garlett and LeBois can hardly be written off being so inexperienced, but yeah apart from that.....

Murph is done.
Byrne good by foot but is a dumb footballer.
Williamson adds no value to the team what’s so ever.
SPS and Pickett will never be fit enough.
Gartlett is lazy.
If Polson plays 50 games for this team I’ll shout you a membership.

Other than Curnow, Fisher (who butchers it a lot) Dow and O’Brien the rest are average footballers. We need above average and they are below par.

We got beaten last night by 21 points.

Lets be honest many of us were not expecting to win.

I didn't.

The team fielded wasn't the greatest.

Too tall and too slow at both ends of the ground.

Did we have a choice, maybe not, I don't know.

We had as many as 8 players who would be close to our best 22 not playing and a few still carrying injuries that did play.

I thought we did ok last night for what we had.

Some will say the scoreline flattered us.

Fact is we got beaten by 21 points by a team that plays Etihad as well as anyone and were premiers in 2016.

If we had won would people's negativity have changed. Probably.

It's easy to be critical, you don't even have to practice it.

I for one believe we are definitely heading in the right direction, that I am positive of.

I am 62 and have seen a lot of Carlton success over the years.

I am positive I will see more in the near future.

We are all Carlton on this forum, I would hope, we are on the right track finally.

One word TIME.

Funny how all the people screaming for Mackay to get played are now moaning that we're too tall

I think Mckay, Curnow and Casboult can work but not with SOS.
For a small guy Wright is a tad slow as well which didn't help our defensive pressure in the forward line last night.
Hopefully by the time the seasons out we can see Lang, Pickett and Garlett in the same forward 50.

To borrow a phrase...

I have a question for you all.

WHO WANTS TO WALK... WITH CRIPPA ???

I do and I hope Bolton does.

Forget our older players, they're finished.

Focus on the new foundations to build around. Great young lads with good characters. Cripps Docherty Weitering Marchbank Willo Dow Fisher Charlie Harry...

These young guys will keep hitting the track working on cohesion and fast clean ball movement. We'll get to where we all want to be.

This is what I signed up for, and I’m still on board.

What will have me walk away from the club is if they give in to the external BS from the media and sadsakcs and look for some quick fix.

But that said, I’d love a @#$%&! injunction on our injury management (or lack thereof) over the past 10+ years.

If you enjoy this maybe you should have followed Melbourne or St Kilda
This is not what Carlton is about.
