SPS still trying to play bruise free footy in winning the ball. His tackle intent was better though.

Really? Your clutching at that straw?

We are not trying to win. Our set up, mindset and game plan make it impossible. If there was ever a game to take on it was tonight!

With all of the elite midfielders at our disposal? Against Bontempelli, Macrae, Wallis, McLean, Hunter, Daniel, Johannisen?

3 players with centre clearances compared to their 8.
A total of 3 centre clearances to 3 quarter time. Nowhere near enough contribution in the centre square tonight. Once we started to win it out of the middle in the last quarter we got some momentum. Wasting it with 2.5 soon killed it off.

The 2 players bought in were seemingly underdone.

Byrne, Williamson, Murphy, Lang, Pickett, Kreuzer and Weitering.
(And Docherty)
At least we have plenty of improvement left in us.

Terrible game to watch.

Richmond & West Coast kicked a lot of behinds but I was prepared to defend us there...we did force them wide &/or put pressure on the kicker. Tonight the Dogs simply missed a hell of a lot of easy shots. Could've been much worse

Marchbank didn't look right, not a good night at all.

O'Shea's game didn't appear too bad, from the comforts of the lounge room. Could've totally dropped his bundle after last week so well done to him.

Marchbank didn't look fit. Kennedy didn't move that well.

Better get Cripps some help.

Draft has to focus on mids who win their own ball.

Plan A not working unfortunately.

Kennedy has had a couple of injuries so far so he needs time to get fit. Only 67% time on ground.

Yeah you are correct. I am still hopefully re what he can bring for us with a bit of continuity.

SPS's form over the last 15 odd games makes a mockery of this charade that talks about form and earning a spot.

I don't give a flying f*&^ if he gets elephant stamps from BB because he's playing to instruction. He's done nothing in over 60 quarters of football

Would rather give Polson a game right now...and don't get me started on Cunningham

And would rather gift Schumacher a few games than either OShea or Mullett

A lot of stupid turnovers that were very costly, main offenders were the backman in Marchbank, Simmo, Jones, Rowe, etc. All our key backs seem to spoil each other. Worked better when he had the one loose.
Moving he ball quick when we shouldn’t or slowing it when we shouldn’t, decision making very poor.
Kennedy very slow.
Charlie’s goal kicking very costly especially in the last, had the momentum and he lost it.
Kerridge and OShea will always be list cloggers.
SOS is a liability, either find him a new role or send him to the reserves.
Hopefully Lang, Cunningham and a small fwd play well tomorrow.

We are now 0 -6 the worst start to a season in 151 years .
There needs to be accountability for this.
The current administration including Bolton and SOS have taken this club and sent them so far behind the rest of the comp we will struggle to ever catch up.
This rebuild or reset or whatever you want to call it is a total fukcup.
There are no positives to this

I recall Fisher getting the first two centre clearances of the third quarter. And that was it?

Rowe second game back. Marchbank first game back. A back six needs time together to work well together.

SOS has done ok. We're picking well after the first round for the first time ever. Team selection is a disgrace, no conception of the modern game whatsoever. We play like we have no clue how the modern game is played. One of the most important aspects of the modern game is run out of the half back line. Most of our defenders are 6 foot 900 inches. We have no run, no spread. When you move the ball quickly you'd be surprised how skills improve.

We have Casboult, McKay and Curnow, why do we need to pick SOS.

Painful to watch. Scoreboard flattered us. That was dark days ugly.

Too many slow, dumb and unskilled players.

The basic errors we make are @#$%&! infuriating. Hard to fathom and completely unacceptable.

Love Cripps. Fish too. Rowe admirable and Jones more positive than negative.

Kennedy not doing it for me. If he's unfit, don't play him.

Marchbank had a shocker.

SPS needs to do more. Sub par at the moment for mine.

Jack is struggling and is giving us nothing. Sadly a liability right now.

We all know the mitigants but it's still so @#$%&! depressing.

There’s really not much to say.
Where do we go from here.
The spoon is almost in the bag again.
Not even angry anymore.
Didn’t see this season coming, and it hurts

We must have some moronic identifiers of potential talent and scope for improvement.

Holman, Gowers and Lambert wouldve served us well tonight

Cunningham and Polson will be next to be delisted, then shine at a new club

Save us? No.

However vs Mullet, O'Shea, SOS, etc people like Pickett, Land and Willo will definitely make us better.
