I'm embarrassed to be a Carlton man today. So, so sad. I'm 36... I remember one flag in '95 (that I was lucky to have attended) and have been smashed by my mates for two decades for how shit we are (with the exception of a small peak in the Ratten years).

We've recruited players that have shown that can play, we've seen that the last two years but when the effort is so poor it's doesn't matter who's out there. Very disappointing. 16 years, bar a patch between 2008-11 and other odd flashes, we have been so uncommitted to the task with a poor, on-field culture.
