Can everyone make sure we are there by 1pm.

Need too make sure we have a kick before hand, a team chat, and we know all our numbers an hour before the game, don't want too have 16 at 1:45pm.

Have we got goal umpire, scorer etc does anyone know, or have I missed a post somewhere ?

I should be there at 1 or so.

I am going to see the guy I know that can get me that BOG medal and he might be able to get engraved too. We need to decide on a name for the medal. I have started a poll where everyone can vote for the suggestions put forward.

25's perfect, means we won't be on the bench to long.

I think 25 is a good number.

Scott won't have a hassle in bringing guys on and off and giving everyone a fair go on the ground.

Matty - Probably half forward for you at some stage. Simbot will probably play half back or in the middle as he has a fair motor on him.

Also, does anyone NOT know where the ground is?

Speak up now so I can give you a Melways Reference.

And one more thing...

When the starting 18 is announced, it will be selected on two criteria. A player's effort in turning up to the last match against SS and a player's effort turning up to the training session held on the 4th. If there were spots empty, I just filled in the blanks with guys who I thought would be best suited in that position.

So for those of you who do find yourself on the bench at the beginning of the game, please don't get shitty. I'd imagine Prez will have a good handle on things position wise and he'll swing the changes when they are needed. In other words, everyone is going to get a fair run.

I can't be more honest or fair than that.

Just let everybody know the name of the ground is the EDWIN FLACK ground.

Its about 100m down from the lexus center located in the olympic park car park pretty much. Just next door to Olympic Park

Gez, it's been hot as of late, not much rain, although the weekend is gonna be quite cool, around 20 C.

So you guys aren't playing at Lexus persay, it's more like a couple of doors down. Interesting.

Add Barone to that list of Ins.

His cousin isn't playing.

Brings us to 25 players.

I could ALMOST guarantee you that all those 25 will turn up. But, such is the nature of these games, I won't.

Not sure want Prez wants to do, but I don't think we should reveal the starting 18 until Sunday. Have no fear, though, I have been thinking up various sides over the last few days.

im not sure if im going to make it on sunday

i may be going to geelong for the day.

should know by the end of today though (thursday) what im doing over the weekend.

The Edwin Flack Ground is owned my The Lexus Center and it is the training venue of Collingwood. Inside the Lexus Center is just Ice Baths, Gym etc.

Last I saw the grround (fair while ago i may add) was in good condition. Is a fairly rounded ground. So its wide. The only down point to it is that it has a 2 lanned athletics track around it. So to get boulded over the line could be a little painful.

Im really looking foward to this one guys PUMP UP!!!!

Pump up

Never heard that one before... But i'll fire up

I would've walked into the river PJ with your directions on MSN last night, behind the Lexus Centre haha. But nah, i know the ground, where Melbourne Storm used to train and i'm pretty sure you can play on that ground anyway... Pretty much every time i go past there someones having a kick, i guess the filth weren't training there so it didn't matter.

And yeah the grass should be good.

Can't wait for this :-D :-D

Big Danny G:
Its not wer Melbourne storn use to train cos they use to train on the oval which you can see from the road. This one is situated in the Olympic Park Car Park
