Can't fault the effort, but oh gawd our kicking skills kill us, turn over city again. Week after week we can't kick a reasonable score. We can't take a trick with injuries, no excuse though. Did anyone else expect Levi to miss that shot? Watching the NB's yesterday there's not much there either.

Reckon SOS will have a real easy job cleaning out our list.
Also, had enough of Levi. If he wants to leave to chase the $$$, see ya.
Play McKay and or Kerr for the rest of the year. Got nothing to lose.
They may not deserve a spot in the seniors on current VFL form, but neither did Anyone else.

Time for some changes next year.

We don't have leaders who can take control of a game. Good honest players but not able to drag the team up. Of course this type captains are rare but it would be great if we could have one, or several.

Depth is being exposed and today indicates how far we have to go. Still some turnover with the list.

Costly turn overs and decision making poor on many occasions.

Hard to pin point a standout BOG.

Thought Curnow and Fisher showed a bit today, and Wright did what wright does, kicks goals and is out smartest footballer.

54 hit-outs to 19 and we barely broke even in the clearances... no Cripps leaves a huge hole at the stoppages

Definitely blood the young forwards. We cant kick 80 points. Midfield is half the problem but what have we got to lose?

Boekhurst wasn't as bad as Buckley or Sumner.

The trio was disappointing. With chances so limited for them I'd expect amazing levels of effort but they seemed hesitant around the ball, refusing to attack it on a few occasions. People will use other words like soft or having no heart but the way I saw it was hesitant. Not that that's any better really.

Yes but we are generally restricting the opposition very well. One of the better defensive structures considering the lack of depth onball.

Our blokes had a crack all day. But they were better at it than us. For me, that sums it up really.

More disappointment. Wins always make for a better week ahead.

Scoreline flattered us in the end. Dogs aren't great right now and we're starting to wobble badly.

I expect a tough finish to the year, like last.

Until we get something going that resembles a decent forward structure, -all that will add to is the amount of close losses!

Are you suggesting that last weeks loss against a team that missed their entire starting midfield was acceptable? Accepting mediocrity won't help improve the situation!!!

A defensive style of play will always breed low scores even when you do have good forwards. We are doing no different to Clarkson did with Hawthorn in the initial stages and Roos did with Melbourne. sort the defence then eventually blend offensive stuff into the game plan. It's a rebuild and process.
