It seemed, from the outside, that he strung together 3 very good games prior to the Port game. Then I think it was Thomas who got injured (concussion?) and the club then rewarded the consistent form despite the likelihood of him not being able to match it with the big Port bodies. A gap in the team opened and they had to reward the best performing Northern player in that particular position. He struggled in his one game and was dropped back. I haven't watched much of the Northern games since so I guess he hasn't struck another rich vein of form again. He seems to have played ok from the reports but nothing amazing. Plenty of time for him though of course.

According to the Injury Report Alex Silvagni is a test, but they expect him to play. None of the other injured players are available (incl. Williamson).
They don't seem to be in a rush to get Byrne in, so the changes may well be:

OUT: Cripps, White
IN: Graham, A. Silvagni

It really depends on if they think Sheehan sucked as badly as we all seem to think he did, because replacing him would be a bit of a lottery.
