Only disappointment is we aren't 7 goals up. Can't relax.

If Boekhorst keeps up his game we could see another career being saved before our eyes.

Saad clearly their best. Will make it even harder for them if he doesn't come back.

That was lazy from Murphy

He cannot kick on his left. Any one who says otherwise is dreaming. Had the perfect opportunity to drive it long on the left and took the soft option on the right - out of bounds on the full. Poor.

It looks like we have a system in both the seniors and seconds everyone believes in. Makes a big difference to players if they know what they are meant to be doing.

Murphy, Gibbs, Docherty, Simpson in complete control of this game.

Thomas has been excellent.

Boekhorst has been good, really showing some good signs. Same with Charlie.

I just can't believe how good Jones has become.

Plowman and Marchbak have been solid too.

We've been good in marking contests. If we can't mark it we've made sure they can't and the ball has gone to ground.

Not too big a call to say that our backline (even down two in Rowe and Silvagni) is top 4 in the comp ? Liam Jones has not missed a beat again tonite, Docherty is supreme, Marchbank keeps getting the ball, Weitering solid as a rock and Simmo is well Simmo.

Boeky adds a heap of run and did some really important things. And much maligned Daisy having a great game. Young Charlie will be scary in a year or two.....so athletic and leaps so high for a guy his height.

Win, lose or draw tonite, you can see the blueprint of CFC's next tilt at the pointy end IMHO.

In many respects we're slowly getting a Hawthorn look.
