Well done Mark LoGiudice & those who had the balls to back Bolts & SOS. Clearly on the right path. The future is looking good, nothing is guaranteed, but at least we are heading in the right direction.

Great to see our young guys developing & enjoying success and also our older guys enjoying a glimmer of the future success that awaits.

Great win.

Play 'em Sat at 2:00pm and the crowd will be better.

Similar here, enjoying the replay, but have to say that the replay makes the game look scrappier than what it really was. Really enjoyed the game today, but it was a heart stopper int he last few minutes

If anyone ever calls Gibbs soft again or hangs it on him for picking and choosing, I will fight you. He gives his all for this club and we're lucky to have him

Incredibly, didnt hear the final siren.. a long time since that has happened.. (or not happened)

2015-2016, We haven't had such a promising influx of talent since 1985-86.

Best jumper in the land..

Wow.
Not long home from the game.
I have no voice, a headache and tired.
The replay has just started, I have the house to myself, and a bottle of wine.
Doesn't get any better than that.
Go blues.

Pity you have to endure Dwayne now. :hitcomputer:

Same, I didn't hear it either.
The ball was not far from me at the end and only knew the siren had gone when the players held their arms in the air.
Exciting times ahead.

 Add Kruezer to that as well. Thank god we didn't trade him. It just goes to show how important these guys are in the 'reset'!!!!

BTW - Great win today. Proud of the boys.
Hopefully it is the game that sets us on a long roll on. Need to back it up against GC next week and that leads us into Bitchmond at the G.
Let's see.....

Just watched last 2 minutes. That free to Green for tunnelling was a joke.....the Carlton player (Gibbs ?) was already on the ground crawling for ball after a contest. Would have been a travesty if we'd lost.

I delighted in every goal he missed. The slythy toad. A little humility might do him good.

Delighted. Game we could have easily lost and tried to lose with those missed easy chances.. But we didn't. Back line structures and effort immense.
Icing on the cake with Toby Head Nod Green stuffing it up at the death.

Picked it.

LIAM JONES...welcome to the First 18.

He has the making of being....well, an upgrade...dare I say it.

Jed Lamb is a smart footballer with class. Always underestimated him, yet believed since he was 18yo.

2 upgrades to this team really helped.

Cripps is a raging bull.
If his name was Italian he' be The Raging Bull.
Very hard unit to stop.
He's the spiritual Captain....imo

A giant Kapow from 44 woulda been the perfect end to the day.
Still pretty good though eh!

I would love to know what the MC think of KJ and Liam Jones as KP defenders.

Jones is 198cm, very quick and has an amazing leap. He turns 27 in Feb 2018. I wonder if he worth using as a defender. Guys like Grundy and Tarrant at the Roos played their junior career as forwards, as has Jones. I don't think he has ever been given the CHB roll for any length of time.

I know he runs Hot, luke warm and cold but at his size and with his closing speed perhaps he might be better being led to the ball. His fitness might be the issue as he has never had a big tank. This year's VFL form seems more promising as he is apparently showing a great deal more vigor and aggression.

I rest my case Your Worship. :thanks:

Regards Cazzesman

Sam Rowe-esque move to the backline after being hit and miss as a forward. Big unit and a better athlete than Matt Watson.

Elbow support brings backs memories of Mants and Dean. :smoking:
