Goodbye to the rest and thanks for your service....
Cunningham, Gibbs surely are in the 18 at this stage
Barlow will be our Dfa and should play with palmer
Totally agree about Gibbs and Cuningham.
Geez I hope we land DFA Barlow for 2 years whilst the next 2 drafts find their feet and are given time to develop.
I can't see the need other than depth for Towers and Richards if we have Battle Curnow and SOS (dangerous forwardline)
Reality is every one of the 22 are important.
I am one of the few with reservations about Sumner.
I look forward for him to have a huge preseason under his belt and see if that makes the difference between him being depth or 1st22.
I think a settled back 6 is what we are after with Simmo warming a spot for the next small backman. Byrne will be the BP or HBF.
I prefer to recruit Brodie for midfield development and support for Cripps on the inside.
Then add a FA to the midfield again next year along with our first draft pick, and that should give us a powerful inside and fast outside midfield.
Battle would be good as a permanent bona fide forward.
Kreuzer ahead of Casboult is the big decision. Kreuzer is more mobile. Either of those 2 would be the 3rd tall not FF or CHF.
I have high hopes for Boekhurst and think he's more important than Sumner Lamb
The success of a 66 game reset is looking highly likely.
