Will it be Docherty or Weitering who is captain in 2021?

No Brainer. Weitering.

Will be interesting to see how firm the club is in its "Reset" stance. I am hoping for the current number of delistings to double come next season.

Not sure if this has already been posted, but it was actually us who knocked back Tom Mitchell. Wanted $700k a year and Blues not willing to do another 'Daisy Thomas' deal. Club has adopted a "champion team" approach - will no longer try to get that one star player, those days are done.

Having said all that, I'll echo what MS3 has previously said in that I've heard whispers we're building something huge for next year. I have no idea on the specifics, but have been told to expect us to be trading for future picks in next year's draft in order to help strengthen our position on a trade. I'm thinking we'll perhaps be trading for a player coming out of contract next year? That's only guessing.

Tuohy gone to NMFC.

Everitt gone

Marchbank is already a Blue

Well if Tuohy goes to Norf we won't have worry about him being a superstar cause they're about to fall off a cliff

Just cause they both toured doesn't mean they will be at Carlton. Marchbank will be a blue but hoskin-elliot it seems the pies are in the box seat.
Hrovat toured the club last week as well doesn't mean he will be a blue.

Remember when Bradshaw and Rischitelli toured the club?

That went well, as I recall...

Those were the days.

And if it had gone through ... there would never have been ... The. Henderson. Pick.

I wouldn't put it past Scott to try to top up rather than rebuild.

If north want to keep their first pick this year, that's fine with me. They can give us their first pick next year instead. Will be much earlier pick in supposedly a better draft.

Will north get a pick for Wells leaving FA?

I reckon Touhy is worth a pick between 18 - 30.

Touhy is a back pocket player. Has a little dash. Good for a long goal. Is moving into the last half of his career. Id be happy with pick 20 but would take pick 30 if it got us the same result with another trade.

Anderson was clearly a mistake. Anderson 38, 40 for 15 and 54 was clearly too much. They thought they were going to get a shot at the flag and thought Anderson was a good player held out of a great team by champion players. Sucked in.

The most valuable football trait to all clubs other than Carlton is kicking efficiency and meters gained. Thuoy delivers on those attributes in spades and has 100games in his body. The average games played for a pick in th 20s is less than 100. Thouy is worth pick 15 to 20, otherwise why trade him
