So Plowman was the one we wanted in the GWS deal

lucky he was 18 when we drafted him and still has time to develop. Would be stupid if we drafted him as a mature age.

Wow. :yikes: After a fast start, that was fairly diabolical.

Lucky bounces, ricochets, an opposition that can't miss it. Injury to Cripps. And Carlton making about every mistake in the book. Easy misses. Dropped marks. Missed tackles. Turnovers. Unpressured kicks smothered.

Getting completely burnt in space.

Feel sorry for our senior core at the moment: Cripps, Docherty, Simmo. Far too much is demanded of them. Simply don't get enough from most of the team. Particularly disappointed in guys like Thomas. Senior player. Highly paid. Premiership player. But just doesn't contribute.

Also struggle to understand why Casboult drops so many uncontested marks.

Plowman is a good body on body third defender as he showed this year
But is painfully slow and a terrible kick

Hardly a possession not under pressure.

Week after week, Cripps misses those. Its his Achilles heel.

Missed opportunities killing us. The Lions only have two more scoring shots than us, but they have 13.5 and we have 7.9.

Some players stamping their papers today. Disgusting effort all round.

Buckley

There is not a case for one of these blokes to say they are AFL standard.

The 6 week purple patch, whilst enjoyable, papered over the true state of the list.

The GWS trade looks worse by the week. Please let's not waste another draft pick on more rejects. They are rejects for a reason.

At least performances like this remind us exactly how far behind the 8 ball we are.

Just how many on that list were actually delisted by their clubs before we picked them up? Interested in your definition of reject.

The GWS trade, I would class them all as rejects. None of them could get a game for the Giants. What I meant was please don't trade another good draft pick for rejected players

Weitering looks injured.
Looks to me as though he has injured his chest or something,
