Kruezer goes to ressies

You know what, I really don't care who goes. Reality is Kruezer is nothing more than a goer who has an occasional great game.

Can't drop him. He is the heart and soul of the blues. BB said so.

OUT: Byrne, Everitt, White and Phillips

IN: Boakhurst, Graham, Jascks and DVR

Bolts has to switch things up, he's basically played the same looking side for some time now and it's not working of late.

Show some faith Bolts.

I don't see why people are so enamoured with Graham. He adds nothing to the side and is a liability when we don't have the ball. You can't play Cripps and Graham on the ball at the same time - way too slow. I would bring in Buckley to replace Byrne as he can provide run off half back and Boekhurst to replace Everitt given Everitt's form and Boekhurst has shown he can hit the scoreboard. I can't see White being replaced given his form on the weekend wasn't bad and the issue with the forwards was all about poor delivery. Philips was better than Kruezer so why would you replace our best ruckman.

Yes.

If Bolts rewards players for form, then Graham deserves a spot on the side. Simple as that.

Saying that, Everitts form had been poor and he does not deserve a spot.

I agree re Phillips and Kruezer but why would you drop a player who has trade value come years end?

Buckley shanks to many kicks and Matthew Dick deserves a chance before Buckley

Me too, because he did play a good game against Geelong, but the heart and soul of the club, this year, next week, next year?

But to be fair he did refer to the inspiration other players feel when they see their big man going and winning contests, and whenever Kreuzer went for the ball, he could hear the supporters lift too when they sound out "Kreeeooooooze", so he came to the conclusion Kreuzer must be the heart and soul of the team. WE are desperate for a hero.

Pretty embarrassing TBH, because the supporters have been doing that since his first game all those years ago. He was and perhaps still is "The great white hope" for many.

One good game in how many?

I thought Phillips looked to have more class than Kreuzer against the Pies. Definetely more upside.

One TC poster texted me when Kreuzer had 2 marks against his name in the first. I responded "that is his quota for the game". It was. So sad.

I think Kreuzer is lucky BB likes the 2 rucks. No doubt for the last 2 weeks Philips has been No 1 in the middle.

I think I'd rather have Jaksch in for Kreuzer if we were to have one ruck.

Until 2 weeks ago I feel I was an apologist for Everitt, like some are for Kreuzer.

Everitt is not giving 100%. He needs to be shown the door to the NB's.

Kreuzer stays along with Philips because if we only go with just Philips and he is injured our mids have no hope with Sauce having a free reign.

Need a team of goers. It isn't about finals but it is about culture of effort and bloke's lie White should be rewarded for effort.

OUT: Everitt IN: Jaksch
OUT: Byrne IN: Boekhurst

Graham deserves to be rewarded, but for whom?

I thought Sumner was a bit average in the last 2 games.
A few signs of desperation. I guess he and Buckley are on par.

Has Walker had enough time as a receiver? I think so.

Watched Everitt closely on Saturday night. Very insipid. Avoids physical contact and does not go when it is his turn. Will not play seniors once Charlie C. gets up and performing. While Jaksch was not dominant in the seconds, he would offer much more that Everiit is providing at the moment.

I'd bring either Jones or KJ in to provide more forward structure. We have got into the habit of pushing so far up the ground we have no one to kick to when we win the ball. White is not a forward but deserves a game overall. Jones does provide a target and is really having a crack. Pity he missed a set shot from 20 out dead in front on Saturday after a great mark...
Walker's time is very much drawing to a close.
